दक्षिणः- तत्पष्चात्‌, बिन्दु 'के' से होते हुए अतिरिक्त नियंत्रित क्षेत्र, समालखा की सीमा के साथ-साथ दक्षिण-पष्चिम दिषा की ओर बिन्दु 'एल' तक जो कि अतिरिक्त नियंत्रित क्षेत्र, पानीपत-III और अतिरिक्त नियंत्रित क्षेत्र, समालखा का मिलन बिन्दु है।

पष्चिमीः-तत्पष्चात बिन्दु 'एल' से होते हुए उत्तर की ओर अतिरिक्त नियंत्रित क्षेत्र पानीपत-III के साथ-साथ होते हुए बिन्दु 'ए' तक है।

No. CCP(NCR)/PPT/CA/2021/1933.— Whereas, in the opinion of the Government, the area specified in the Schedule given below and shown in the plan appended hereto, has the potential for building activities, industrial, commercial, institutional, recreational estate/ activities and use subservient to the above;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Haryana Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Un-regulated Development Act, 1963 (Punjab Act 41 of 1963), the Governor of Haryana hereby declares the said area to be a controlled area for the purposes of said Act namely:-

Schedule of boundaries of the additional controlled areas, Panipat-IV around village Raslapur (Hadbast number 43), Kurar (Hadbast number 22), Jhamba (Hadbast Number 34), Chhajpur Khurd (Hadbast number 41), Chhapur Kalan (Hadbast number 42), Jalalpur-1 (Hadbast number 38), Ataulapur (Hadbast number 39), Nanehra (Hadbast number 57), Bahrampur (Hadbast number 40), Bapoli (Hadbast number 54) and Shimla Gujra (Hadbast number 51) district Panipat to be read with Drawing No. D.T.P. (PN)514/2020, dated the 16th August, 2020.

North:- Starting from point 'A'. i.e. north-west corner of rectangle number 1 of village Kurar (Hadbast number 22) where it meets the additional controlled area, Panipat-III. thence, towards the east along the northern and north-east village revenue boundary of village Kurar upto point 'B' i.e. south-east corner of the rectangle number 57 of village Kurar (Hadbast number 22). Thence, alongwith revenue boundary of Jhamba (Hadbast number 34) towards point 'C' i.e. north-east boundary of rectangle number-2 of village Jhama (Hadbast Number-34).

Thence upto point 'E' i.e. meeting point of north and eastern revenue boundary of village Jalalpur-1 (Hadbast Number-38). thence alongwith eastern revenue boundary of village Jalalpur-1 (Hadbast Number-38) upto point 'F' where it meets the rectangle No. 44 of village Jalalpur-1 (Hadbast Number-38). Thence, in western side towards upto point 'G' i.e. south-western corner of rectangle Number 30 of village Jalalpur-1 (Hadbast Number-38) alongwith southern side of rectangle No. 27, 28, 29 and 30. Thereafter, upto point ' H' in south side i.e. south-east corner of rectangle number 34 of village Nanehara (Hadbast Number-57) alongwith eastern side of rectangle numbers 40, 49, 58, 66 and 74 of village Jalalpur-1 (Hadbast Number-38). Thence, towards western side upto 'I' i.e. north-east corner of the rectangle number 12 of village Ataulapur (Hadbast Number-39) along with south side of rectangle numbers 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of village ataulapur (Hadbast Number-39). Thence towards south side along with eastern side of rectangle number 12 of village Ataulapur (Hadbast Number-39) and rectangle numbers 3, 10, 16, 22, 33, 37, 47 and 49 of village Bahrampur (Hadbast Number-40) thereafter, rectangle numbers 27, 39, 54, 68, 87, 97, 121, 126, 149, 153, 164 and 166 of village Bapoli (Hadbast Number-54) upto point 'J' where south side revenue boundary meets the rectangle number-164 of village-Bapoli (Hadbast Number-54). Thence upto point 'K' where eastern boundary of village Shimla Gujra finally meets the Additional Controlled Area, Samalkha.

South:- Thence moving from point 'K' towards south-west alongwith the controlled area boundary of Additional controlled Area, Samalkha upto point 'L' i.e. meeting point of Additional controlled Area, Panipat-III and Additional Controlled Area, Samalkha.

West:- Thence moving from point 'L' upto point 'A' towards north alongwith the Additional Controlled Area, Panipat-III.
