हरियाणा सरकार वन एवं वन्य प्राणी विभाग अधिसूचना दिनांक 11 नवम्बर, 2021
संख्या 2835-Ft-4-2021/5084.— वन्य प्राणी (संरक्षण) अधिनियम, 1972 की धारा 36ग द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए हरियाणा के राज्यपाल द्वारा घोषित जिला फतेहाबाद के गांव धागड़ में शहीद अमृता देवी मैमोरियल सामुदायिक आरक्षित क्षेत्र के संरक्षण, प्रबन्ध तथा रख-रखाव के लिए मुख्य वन्य प्राणी वार्डन को सलाह देने हेतू सामुदायिक आरक्षित प्रबन्ध कमेटी का गठन 3 वर्ष के लिए किया जाता है। कमेटी में निम्नलिखित सदस्य होगेंः-

4. कमेटी का मुख्यालय पंचकूला में होगा।
5. कमेटी वन्य प्राणी (संरक्षण) अधिनियम, 1972 के अन्तर्गत बनाये गये
नियमों तथा वन्य प्राणी संरक्षण हरियाणा नियमों के अनुसार कार्य करेगी।
(7)HARYANA GOVT. GAZ., JAN. 4, 2022 (PAUS. 14, 1943 SAKA) [PART I 8 6. सभा के लिए 50 प्रतिषत सदस्यों उपस्थित होने पर कोरम पूरा होगा।
7. वर्ष में दो बार कमेटी की सभा होगी जिसकी अध्यक्षता मुख्य वन्य प्राणी वार्डन करेंगे तथा उनकी गैर हाजिरी में एक उपस्थित गैर सरकारी सदस्य अध्यक्षता करेगा।
8. कमेटी का कार्यकाल तीन वर्ष का होगा परन्तु सरकार चाहे
तो कमेटी के पुर्नगठन के लिए तुरन्त आदेष कर सकती है।
9. सदस्यों को यात्रा भत्त्ता उनके निवास स्थान से सभा अटैण्ड
करने के स्थान तक सभा अटैण्ड करने पर दिया जायेगा। फिर भी यदि सदस्य द्वारा अपने निवास स्थान के ईलावा अन्य किसी स्थान का वह यात्रा भत्त्ता दिया जायेगा जो दोनों में से कम होगा।
10. गैर सरकारी सदस्यों को यात्रा भत्त्ता व महगाई भत्त्ता तभी
दिया जायेगा जब वे यह प्रमाण पत्र देगें कि उन्होंने कोई यात्रा भत्त्ता व मंहगाई भत्त्ता अवधि को जो बिल में अंकित है का किसी अन्य सरकारी साधन से नहीं लेंगे/लिया है।
11. सदस्यों को दिया गया यात्रा भत्त्ता/मंहगाई भत्त्ता उनके सम्बन्धित विभाग द्वारा वहन किया जायेगा।
12. कमेटी के गैर सरकारी सदस्यों का यात्रा भत्त्ता खर्च इत्यादि
विभाग के शीर्ष 2406 फोरैस्ट्री एण्ड वाईल्ड लाइफ के स्वीकृत बजट से जुटाया जायेगा।
13. कमेटी का सदस्य सचिव भत्त्तों की अदायगी करने के लिए
प्राधिकारी नियन्त्रक होगा।

No. 2835-Ft-4-2021/5084.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36C of the Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972 and all the other powers enabling him in this behalf the Governor of Haryana, is hereby pleased to constitute Community Reserve Management Committee to advise the Chief Wildlife Warden to conserve, manage and maintain the Shaheed Amrita Devi Memorial Community Reserve in village Dhanger Distt. Fatehabad. The Committee is constituted for five years. The Committee shall consists of the following members:-

4. The Head quarter of the Committee will be at Panchkula.
5. The committee shall function as per rules laid down in Wildlife
(Protection) Act, 1972 and Wildlife (Protection) Haryana rules 1974.
6. The Committee shall regulate its own procedure including quorum.
7. The committee will meet at least twice a year under the Chairmanship of Chief Wildlife Warden and in his absence one of the non-governmental official member present at the meeting will preside over it as may be mutually agreed upon by the member present.
8. The term of the committee will be three years but the government may be
expressed order reconstitute the committee at an earlier date.

11. The traveling allowance for attending the meeting of the committee should be allowed to the members from their permanent places of residence to the place of meeting. If however, a member attends a meeting from a place other than the place of his permanent residence T.A should be allowed to him either from the place of his residence or from where he attends the meeting whichever is less.
12. The travelling allowance and D.A. will be admissible to the non official
member son the production of a certificate to the effect that no T.A. in respect of journeyof D.A. for the period mentioned in the bill has been or will be claimed by him/her from any other official source.
13. The T.A./D.A. admissible to the official member will be borne by their
respective Department.
14. The expenditure on account of travelling allowance etc. of the non-official
members of the Committee will be met out form saving of sanctioned budget of the Department under the Head 2406-Forestary & Wildlife.
15. The Member Secretary of the Committee shall be the controlling authority in
respect payment of allowances.
