संख्या 52/65/2021-2क-1.- हरियाणा नगर पालिका अधिनियम, 1973 (1973 का अधिनियम 24), की धारा-9 की उप धारा (2), धारा-10 की उप-धारा (1), (2), (3), (4), (7) व (8) तथा हरियाणा नगर पालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियमावली, 1977 के नियम 7 द्वारा प्रदत्तश्षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या 52/65/2021-2क-1, दिनांक 22 नवम्बर, 2021 के अनुसरण में तथा हरियाणा नगर पालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियम, 1977 के नियम 10 के उपबन्धों के अधीन, इसके द्वारा, सदस्यों के प्रयोजन के लिए 31 वार्डों में से नगर परिषद, कालका, जिला-पंचकूला की सीटें निम्नलिखित रूप से आबंटित करते हैंः-
31 वार्डों में से 07 वार्ड, क्रम संख्या 02, 03, 14, 17, 18, 23 व 24 अनुसूचित जाति के लिये आरक्षित होंगे, जिनमें से वार्ड संख्या 03, 14 व 17 अनुसूचित जाति की महिलाओं के लिये आरक्षित होंगे। वार्ड संख्या 15 व 25 पिछड़े वर्ग के लिये आरक्षित होंगे तथा वार्ड नं० 01, 10, 19, 21, 22, 29, 30 व 31 महिलाओं के लिये आरक्षित होंगे।

No. 52/65/2021-2C1.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of Section-9, Sub-section (1), (2), (3), (4), (7) and (8) of Section-10 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (Act 24 of 1973) and Rule 7 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1977, the Governor of Haryana, in continuation of the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department Notification No. 52/65/2021-2C1, dated 22nd November, 2021 and in pursuance of the provisions of Rule 10 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1977, hereby allots the seats of the Municipal Council, Kalka, District–Panchkula amongst 31 wards for the purpose of election of members in the said municipality as follows:-
Out of 31 wards, 07 wards viz ward numbers 02, 03, 14, 17, 18, 23 and 24 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes, out of which ward numbers 03, 14 and 17 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes Women, ward numbers 15 and 25 shall be reserved for members belonging to the Backward Classes and ward numbers 01, 10 19, 21, 22, 29, 30 and 31 shall be reserved for the Women.
