संख्या 52/69/2021-2क1.- हरियाणा नगर पालिका अधिनियम, 1973 (1973 का अधिनियम 24) की धारा 9 की उप-धारा (2), धारा 10 की उप-धारा (1), (2), (3), (4), (7) व (8) तथा हरियाणा नगर पालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियमावली, 1977 के नियम-7 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या 52/69/2021-2क1, दिनांक 06 दिसम्बर, 2021 के अनुसरण में तथा हरियाणा नगर पालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियमावली, 1977 के नियम-10 के उपबन्धों के अधीन, इसके द्वारा निर्वाचन के प्रयोजन के लिए 15 वार्डों में से नगर पालिका, लाडवा जिला-कुरूक्षेत्र की सीटें नगर पालिका में निम्नलिखित रूप में आबंटित करते हैं :-
15 वार्डों में से, 3 वार्ड अर्थात् वार्ड संख्या 04, 09 तथा 13 अनुसूचित जाति के लिये आरक्षित होंगे, जिनमें से वार्ड संख्या 13 अनुसूचित जाति की महिला के लिये आरक्षित होगा, वार्ड संख्या 06 व 11 पिछड़े वर्ग के लिये आरक्षित होंगे तथा वार्ड संख्या 03, 07, 12 व 15 महिलाओं के लिये आरक्षित होंगे।

No. 52/69/2021-2C1.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of Section 9, Sub-section (1), (2), (3), (4), (7) and (8) of Section 10 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (Act 24 of 1973) and Rule 7 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1977, the Governor of Haryana in continuation of the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department, Notification No. 52/69/2021-2C1, dated 06th December, 2021 and in pursuance of the provisions of Rule 10 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1977, hereby allots the seats of Municipal Committee, Ladwa District-Kurukshetra amongst 15 wards for the purpose of election of members in the said municipality as follows:-
Out of 15 Wards, 03 Wards, Ward numbers 04, 09 and 13 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes, out of which Ward numbers 13 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes Woman, Ward numbers 06 and 11 shall be reserved for members belonging to the Backward Classes and Ward numbers 03, 07, 12 and 15 shall be reserved for Women.
