संख्या 52/75/2021-2क1.- हरियाणा नगर पालिका अधिनियम, 1973 (1973 का अधिनियम 24) की धारा 9 की उप-धारा (2), धारा 10 की उप-धारा (1), (2), (3), (4), (7) व (8) तथा हरियाणा नगर पालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियमावली, 1977 के नियम-7 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या 52/75/2021-2क1, दिनांक 07 दिसम्बर, 2021 के अनुसरण में तथा हरियाणा नगर पालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियमावली, 1977 के नियम-10 के उपबन्धों के अधीन, इसके द्वारा निर्वाचन के प्रयोजन के लिए 31 वार्डों में से नगर परिषद, नारनौल जिला-महेन्द्रगढ़ की सीटें नगर परिषद में निम्नलिखित रूप में आबंटित करते हैं :- 31 वार्डों में से, 5 वार्ड अर्थात्‌ वार्ड संख्या 03, 09, 15, 19 तथा 22 अनुसूचित जाति के लिये आरक्षित होंगे, जिनमें से वार्ड संख्या 09 व 19 अनुसूचित जाति की महिलाओं के लिये आरक्षित होगें, वार्ड संख्या 12 व 17 पिछड़े वर्ग के लिये आरक्षित होंगे तथा वार्ड संख्या 02, 07, 11, 13, 18, 23, 24, 28 व 29 महिलाओं के लिये आरक्षित होंगे।

Notification

The 30th December, 2021

No. 52/75/2021-2C1.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of Section 9, Sub-section (1), (2), (3), (4), (7) and (8) of Section 10 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (Act 24 of 1973) and Rule 7 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1977, the Governor of Haryana in continuation of the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department, Notification No. 52/75/2021-2C1, dated 07th December, 2021 and in pursuance of the provisions of Rule 10 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1977, hereby allots the seats of Municipal Council, Narnaul District-Mahendergarh amongst 31 wards for the purpose of election of members in the said municipality as follows:- Out of 31 Wards, 05 Wards, Ward numbers 03, 09, 15, 19 and 22 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes, out of which Ward numbers 09 and 19 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes Women, Ward numbers 12 and 17 shall be reserved for members belonging to the Backward Classes and Ward numbers 02, 07, 11, 13, 18, 23, 24, 28 and 29 shall be reserved for Women.
