No. Waqf-42/(8)/2022/2702.— I, Zakir Hussain, Administrator, Haryana Waqf Board, Ambala Cantt. in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 27 of the Waqf Act, 1995, hereby delegate the following powers to Senior Officers/Officer In-Charges/Section Officers of different Sections of Head Office, Haryana Waqf Board w.e.f. 04th January, 2022:-
(1) Shri Ayaz Mahmood, Officer In-Charge, Waqf & Head, Lease Committee-1 is authorized to sign Lease/Patta Orders and NOC of their respective districts/circles, and issue them after getting proper sanction and approval on file from the competent authority.
(2) Shri Deen Mohd., Officer In-Charge, Legal & Head, Lease Committee-2 is authorized to sign Lease/Patta Orders and NOC of their respective districts/circles, and issue them after getting proper sanction and approval on file from the competent authority.
(3) The Section Officer, Establishment Section is given powers to sanction diesel/petrol, electricity/ telephone/water charges bills, house tax etc.
(4) The Section Officer, Establishment Section given powers to sanction repair/refiling of toner and maintenance of office computer systems up to Rs. 2,000 (Rupees Two Thousand Only).
(5) The Officer In-Charge, Legal is given power to clear legal expenses/bills of Advocates up to Rs. 7,700 (Rs. Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Only) of District Courts except High Court & Supreme Court. [11-1]
