संख्या 52/76/2021-2क1.- हरियाणा नगर पालिका अधिनियम, 1973 (1973 का 24) की धारा 257 की उप-धारा (1) तथा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, षहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 52/76/2021-2क1, दिनांक 24 नवम्बर, 2021 के प्रतिनिर्देष से, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, नगर पालिका लेखा संहिता, 1930, हरियाणा राज्यार्थ, को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :-
ये नियम नगरपालिका लेखा (हरियाणा संषोधन) संहिता, 2022, कहे जा सकते हैं।
नगरपालिका लेखा संहिता, 1930 में, नियम XIII. 2 के बाद, निम्नलिखित नियम रखा जाएगा, अर्थात् :-
''XIII. 2क. हरियाणा अभियांत्रिकी संकर्म पोर्टल का लागूकरण.-इस संहिता के किन्हीं उपबन्धों में दी गई किसी बात के प्रतिकूल होते हुए भी, राज्य सरकार द्वारा सभी सम्बन्धित उपबन्धों सहित विकसित हरियाणा अभियांत्रिकी संकर्म पोर्टल, इस संहिता के अधीन राज्य सरकार द्वारा,समय-समय पर, जारी किए मार्गदर्षन, अनुदेषों और नियमों के अनुसार सभी नगरपालिकाओं को लागू होगा।''।

Notification

No. 52/76/2021-2CI.- In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) and (3) of section 257 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (24 of 1973) and with reference to Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department, notification No. 52/76/2021-2CI, dated the 24th November, 2021, the Governor of Haryana hereby make the following rules further to amend the Municipal Account Code, 1930, in its application to the State of Haryana, namely:-
1. These rules may be called the Municipal Account (Haryana Amendment) Code, 2022.
2. In the Municipal Account Code, 1930, after rule XIII. 2, the following rule shall be inserted, namely:-
"XIII. 2A. Applicability of Haryana Engineering Works Portal (HEWP).— Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any provisions of this Code, Haryana Engineering Works Portal (HEWP) developed by Government of Haryana with all relevant provisions shall be applicable to all municipalities as per the guidelines, instructions and rules of the Government issued from time to time under this Code."
