संख्या-सी०सी०पी०(एन०सी०आर०)/2022/219.- हरियाणा अनुसूचित सड़क तथा नियंत्रित क्षेत्र अनियमित विकास निर्बन्धन अधिनियम, 1963(1963 का पंजाब अधिनियम 41) की धारा 5 की उपधारा (4) द्वारा प्रदा षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सरकार, नगर तथा ग्राम आयोजना विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या सी.सी.पी. (एन.सी.आर.)/बी सी ए/98/171,दिनांक 27 जनवरी,1998 में संषोधन का निम्नलिखित प्रारूप उन सभी व्यक्तियों की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाषित करते हैं जिनके इससे प्रभावित होने की संभावना है।
इसके द्वारा, नोटिस दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तिथि से तीस दिन की अवधि की समाप्ति पर अथवा इसके पश्चात् सरकार, संषोधन प्रारूप पर ऐसे आक्षेपों अथवा सुझावों सहित, यदि कोई हो, जो निदेषक, नगर तथा ग्राम आयोजना, हरियाणा, प्लाट संख्या 3, सैक्टर -18ए, मध्य मार्ग, चण्डीगढ़, द्वारा लिखित रूप में किसी व्यक्ति से संषोधन प्रारूप के संबंध मे इस प्रकार विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि की समाप्ति से पूर्व प्राप्त किये जाएं, विचार करेगी।
संषोधन प्रारूप
हरियाणा सरकार, नगर तथा ग्राम आयोजना विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या सी.सी.पी. (एन.सी.आर.)/बी सी ए/98/171, दिनांक 27 जनवरी, 1998 में, अनुबन्ध ख में, जोनिंग विनियम षीर्ष में, -
1. "परिभाषायें" उप-षीर्ष में, खण्ड (घ) के बाद, निम्नलिखित खण्ड रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्ः- "(घ क) 'ईंधन स्टेषन' से अभिप्राय है, ईंधन भरने वाला स्टेषन जो ऑटोमोबाइल के लिए ईंधन की खुदरा आपूर्ति प्रदान करता है, जिसमें पेट्रोल पम्प, सी. एन. जी. स्टेषन, जैव-ईंधन, चार्जिंग स्टेषन, बैटरी उपलब्ध स्टेषन आदि शामिल हैं;"।
2. परिषिष्ट ख में "सरकारी तथा अर्ध सरकारी उपयोग जोन" उप-षीर्ष में, मद 5 के बाद, निम्नलिखित मद रखी जाएगी, अर्थात्ः-

No. CCP(NCR)/2022/219.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (4) of Section 5 of the Haryana Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restrictions of Unregulated Development Act, 1963 (Punjab Act 41 of 1963), the Governor of Haryana hereby publish the following draft of amendment in the Haryana Government, Town and Country Planning Department, notification No. CCP (NCR)BCA/98/171 dated 27th January, 1998 for the information of person likely to be affected thereby.
Notice is hereby given that the draft of amendments shall be taken into consideration by the Government on or after the expiry of a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette together with the objections and suggestions, if any, which may be received in writing by the Director, Town and Country planning, Haryana Plot No. 3, Sec.-18A, Madhya Marg, Chandigarh, from any person with respect to the draft of the amendment , before the expiry of the period so specified.
DRAFT AMENDMENT
In the Haryana Government, Town and Country Planning Department, notification No. CCP(NCR)BCA/ 98/171 dated 27th January, 1998, in ANNEXURE 'B', in Zoning Regulations,—
1. Under sub-head 'Definitions', after clause (d), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:-
"(d a)' 'Fuel station' means the fuel filling station providing retail supply of fuel for automobiles which shall include petrol pumps, CNG stations, bio-fuels, charging stations, battery providing stations etc.; " 2. In Appendix 'B' under sub-head 'Public and semi Public Uses Zone', after item (v) the following item shall be inserted , namely:-
"(v a) Fuel Stations,".

In the Haryana Government, Town and Country Planning Department, notification No. CCP(NCR)/ BCA-2/ 2000/1570 dated 12th September, 2000, in ANNEXURE 'B', in Zoning Regulations,—
1. Under sub-head 'Definitions', after clause (d), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:-
"(d a) 'Fuel station' means the fuel filling station providing retail supply of fuel for automobiles which shall include petrol pumps, CNG stations, bio-fuels, charging stations, battery providing stations etc.; " 2. In Appendix 'B' under sub-head 'Public and semi Public Uses Zone', after item (v) the following item shall be inserted , namely:-
"(v a) Fuel Stations,".

संख्या-सी०सी०पी०(एन०सी०आर०)/2022/224.- हरियाणा अनुसूचित सड़क तथा नियंत्रित क्षेत्र अनियमित विकास निर्बन्धन अधिनियम, 1963(1963 का पंजाब अधिनियम 41) की धारा 5 की उपधारा (4) द्वारा प्रदा षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सरकार, नगर तथा ग्राम आयोजना विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या सी.सी.पी. (एन.सी.आर.)/एच सी ए-6/2001/1355, दिनांक 12 अक्तूबर, 2001 में संषोधन का निम्नलिखित प्रारूप उन सभी व्यक्तियों की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाषित करते हैं जिनके इससे प्रभावित होने की संभावना है।
इसके द्वारा, नोटिस दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तिथि से तीस दिन की अवधि की समाप्ति पर अथवा इसके पश्चात् सरकार, संषोधन प्रारूप पर ऐसे आक्षेपों अथवा सुझावों सहित, यदि कोई हो, जो निदेषक, नगर तथा ग्राम आयोजना, हरियाणा, प्लाट संख्या 3, सैक्टर -18ए, मध्य मार्ग, चण्डीगढ़, द्वारा लिखित रूप में किसी व्यक्ति से संषोधन प्रारूप के संबंध मे इस प्रकार विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि की समाप्ति से पूर्व प्राप्त किये जाएं, विचार करेगी।

1. "परिभाषायें" उप-षीर्ष में, खण्ड (घ) के बाद, निम्नलिखित खण्ड रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्ः- "(घ क) 'ईंधन स्टेषन' से अभिप्राय है, ईंधन भरने वाला स्टेषन जो ऑटोमोबाइल के लिए ईंधन की खुदरा आपूर्ति प्रदान करता है, जिसमें पेट्रोल पम्प, सी. एन. जी. स्टेषन, जैव-ईंधन, चार्जिंग स्टेषन, बैटरी उपलब्ध स्टेषन आदि शामिल हैं;"।

(एन.सी.आर.)/एफ डी पी/एस.सी.ए.1/2004/419, दिनांक 11 फरवरी, 2004 में संषोधन का निम्नलिखित प्रारूप उन सभी व्यक्तियों की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाषित करते हैं जिनके इससे प्रभावित होने की संभावना है ।

1. Under sub-head 'Definitions', after clause (i), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:-
"(i a) 'Fuel station' means the fuel filling station providing retail supply of fuel for automobiles which shall include petrol pumps, CNG stations, bio-fuels, charging stations, battery providing stations etc.; " 2. In Appendix 'B' under sub-head 'Public and semi Public Uses Zone', after item (vii) the following item shall be inserted , namely:-
"(vii a) Fuel Stations,".
