The 25th January, 2022

No. 30/01/2013-3IB-I.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the section (1) of section (4) of the Punjab Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1955 (as amended up-to 1955), the Governor of Haryana is pleased to accords ex-post facto approval to extend the tenure of Sh. Ram Niwas Surjakhera, MLA Narwana, as Chairman, of Haryana Khadi and Village Industries Board for another one year i.e. 22.10.2021 to 21.10.2022 with the existing terms and conditions alongwith the amendment regarding clause of staff car as per letter No. 36/5/2006-4Pol. Dated 22.10.2021.
