संख्या 133-कृषि. II(4)-2022/910.- हरियाणा कपास ओटाई तथा दबाई कारखाना अधिनियम, 1992 (1993 का अधिनियम 16), की धारा 13 द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, कपास ऋतु 2021-22 (प्रथम सितम्बर, 2021 से 31 अगस्त, 2022 तक) के लिए प्रति गांठ निम्नलिखित प्रभार नियत करने के लिए प्रस्तावित करते हैं। ये दरें सम्पूर्ण हरियाणा राज्य में गांठ की गुणवता तथा टिकाऊपन को सुनिष्चित करने के लिए नई लोहे की पटि्टयों सहित नये स्टेण्डर्ड हैषियन 50''/11 औंस-(हैफेड जिनरीज की चौड़ाई के सम्बन्ध में हैषियन की उसी गुणवत्ता का प्रयोग करेगा) सहित गांठ को सभी ओर से पूर्णरुप से ढकने के लिए है, जो उनकी ओटाई तथा दबाई के लिए कारखानाें के स्वामियों द्वारा प्रभारित की जायेंगीः-

टिप्पणीः- उपरोक्त ओटाई और दबाई दरों में डबल रोलर के लिए पॉलिएस्टर स्ट्रैपिंग, कपडा और श्रम की लागत षामिल है। उपरोक्त दरें 9 गाला प्रेस, 10 गाला प्रेस के लिए 7/- रुपए प्रति गांठ और 12 गाला प्रेस के लिए 12/- रुपए प्रति गांठ अतिरिक्त भुगतान किया जाएगा।
इसके द्वारा, सभी सम्बन्धितों को नोटिस दिया जाता है कि इस प्रस्ताव पर राजपत्र में अधिसूचना के प्रकाषन की तिथि से तीस दिन की अवधि की समाप्ति पर अथवा इसके पष्चात् सरकार द्वारा, ऐसे आक्षेपों तथा सुझावों यदि कोई हो, सहित जो इसके द्वारा, प्रभावित होने वाले किसी व्यक्ति से महानिदेषक, कृषि तथा किसान कल्याण विभाग, हरियाणा पंचकुला द्वारा विपणन अधिकारी, हरियाणा, कृषि भवन सैक्टर-21, पंचकुला के माध्यम से इस प्रकार विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि की समाप्ति से पूूर्व प्राप्त किए गए, पर विचार किया जाएगा।

No. 133-Agri.II(4)-2022/910.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Haryana Cotton Ginning and Pressing Factories Act, 1992 (Act 16 of 1993), the Governor of Haryana hereby proposes to fix the Ginning and Pressing charges (G&P) Centre-wise for the Cotton Season 2021-22 (from 1st September, 2021 to 31st August, 2022). These rates are for full coverage from all sides of the bale with new standard Hessian of 50"/110Z (Hafed ginneries shall use same quality of Hessian in respect of width) with new iron hoops to ensure quality and durability of bale throughout the State of Haryana, which shall be charged by the factory owners for ginning and pressing thereof :-

Note.— The above Ginning and Pressing rates includes cost of polyester strappings, cloth and labour for double roller. The above rates are for 9 gala presses, for 10 gala presses Rupees 7 per bale and for 12 gala press Rupees 12 per bale will be paid extra.
Notice is hereby given to all concerned that the proposal shall be taken into consideration by the Government on or after the expiry of a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette together with the objections or suggestions, if any, which may be received by the Director General, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department, Haryana through the Marketing Officer, Haryana, Krishi Bhawan, Sector-21, Panchkula from any person likely to be affected thereby before the expiry of the period so specified.
