परिवहन विभाग, हरियाणा की वर्ष 2013-14 की वार्षिक प्रषासनिक रिपोर्ट की समीक्षा।

वर्ष 2013-14 की वार्षिक प्रषासनिक रिपोर्ट परिवहन विभाग (राज्य परिवहन), हरियाणा की 48वीं रिपोर्ट है। 1. वर्ष 2013-14 में हरियाणा राज्य परिवहन के पास औसतन 3821 बसें थी। जिनका परिचालन 23 डिपो तथा 13 उप डिपोओं द्वारा किया गया। इनमें 12.24 लाख यात्रिओं ने प्रतिदिन यात्रा की। वर्ष 2013-14 में 42.17 करोड़ किलोमीटर की दूरी तय की जबकि वर्ष 2012-13 में यह दूरी 42.26 करोड़ किलोमीटर थी। 2. वर्ष 2013-14 की वार्षिक योजना के अन्तर्गत कुल `179.65 करोड़ खर्च किए गए जिनमें बसों को खरीदने के लिए `144.00 करोड़ खर्च किए गए, जबकि भूमि एवं भवन निर्माण के लिए `34.35 करोड़ व्यय किए गए, दूसरे कार्य व कम्पयूटीकरण पर `1.30 करोड़ खर्च किए गए। 3. बसों के परिचालन को सुचारू रूप से रखने के लिए वर्ष 2013-14 में 562 पुरानी बसों के स्थान पर नई बसें डाली गई जिसके फलस्वरूप 31 मार्च, 2014 को बसों की संख्या 4025 हो गई। 4. वर्ष 2013-14 में हरियाणा राज्य की कुल आय `1109.33 करोड़ हुई जबकि गत वर्ष 2012-13 में `1002.36 करोड़ थी। आय प्रति किलोमीटर भी इस अवधि में बढ़कर 2372 पैसे से 2631 हो गई और जो वर्ष 2012-13 में औसतन आय प्रति गाड़ी मास `224724 थी और जो बढ़कर 2013-14 में `241937 हो गई। 5. वर्ष 2012-13 में हरियाणा राज्य परिवहन का कुल व्यय `1329.76 करोड़ था, जो बढ़कर 2013-14 में `1513.72 करोड़ हो गया। इससे प्रति किलोमीटर परिचालन व्यय में वृद्धि हुई जो कि 3147 पैसे से बढ़कर 3590 पैसे प्रति किलोमीटर हो गई। औसतन व्यय प्रति गाड़ी प्रति मास `298125 से बढ़कर `330132 हो गई। व्यय से आय कम होने के कारण हरियाणा राज्य परिवहन को वर्ष 2013-14 में `404.39 करोड़ की हानि हुई। 6. वर्ष 2013-14 में हरियाणा रोड़वेज़ इंजीनियरिंग कॉरपोरेषन गुड़गांव द्वारा 622 बस बॉडिज तैयार की गई थी जबकि गत वर्ष 2012-13 में 838 नई बस बॉडिज तैयार की गई थी।

Review of the Annual Administrative Report of the Transport Department, Haryana
for the Year 2013-14

The present report is the 48th Annual Administrative Report of the Transport Department, Haryana. The report is highlighting the commercial wing i.e. Haryana Roadways.
COMMERCIAL WING (HARYANA ROADWAYS)
1. During the year 2013-14 Haryana Roadways had an average fleet strength of 3821 buses which were operated from its 23 depots and 13 sub depots. These buses carried 12.24 Lacs passengers daily. These buses covered total 42.17 Crores effective KM during 2013-14 as compared to 42.26 Crores KMs during the previous year (2012-13).
2. Out of a total plan expendutre of `179.65 Crores for annual plan 2013-14, `144.00 Crores were spent under the scheme of Acquisition of fleet, `34.35 Crores were spent on Land & Building Programme, `1.30 Crores were spent on Computerisation & Other Work.
3. In order to keep the fleet healthy and fit for operation 562 old buses were replaced with new ones during the year 2013-14. The fleet strength of Haryana Roadways as on 31st March, 2014 was 4025 buses.
4. The total receipt of Haryana Roadways for the year 2013-14 was `1109.33 Crores as against `1002.36 Crores in the previous year (2012-13). The receipt per Km increased from 2372 paise to 2631 paise during this period. The average receipt per vehicle per month increased from `224724 (2012-13) to `241937 during the year 2013-14.
5. Total expenditure of Haryana Roadways increased from `1329.76 Crores (2012-13) to `1513.72 Crores in 2013-14. This was also reflected in increase in expenditure per Km. The expendure per Km increased from 3147 paise to 3590 paise during this period. The average expenditure per vehicle per month increased from `298125 to `330132. Due to higher expenditure and lower receipt the Haryana Roadways was in loss of `404.39 Crores during 2013-14.
6. Haryana Roadways Engineering Corporation, Gurgaon fabricated 622 bus bodies during the year 2013-14 compared to 838 fabricated in the previous year 2012-13.
