(2) ये नियम प्रथम जनवरी, 2016 से लागू समझे जायेंगे । 2. हरियाणा सिविल सेवा (वेतन) नियम, 2016 में, नियम 32 में, उप-नियम (2) में,-
(i) खण्ड (ii) में, अन्त में विद्यमान "।" चिह्न के स्थान पर, "ः" चिह्न प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ; तथा (ii) खण्ड (ii) के बाद, निम्नलिखित परन्तुक जोडा जाएगा, अर्थात् :-

Notification
The 15th February, 2022
No. 1/13/2016-1PR(FD).— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Civil Services (Pay) Rules, 2016, namely:–
1. (1) These rules may be called the Haryana Civil Services (Pay) Amendment Rules, 2022.
(2) These rules shall be deemed to have come into force from 1st January, 2016.
2. In the Haryana Civil Services (Pay) Rules, 2016, in Rule 32, in sub-rule (2),–
(i) In clause (ii), for the sign "." Existing at the end, the sign ":" shall be substituted; and
(ii) after clause (ii), the following proviso shall be added, namely:–
"Provided that in case an employee is promoted in the normal hierarchy/granted ACP on the date of normal increment of feeder post/previous level i.e. on 1st day of January or 1st day of July and pay in Promotional level/ACP level is fixed after granting normal increment, next increment in the level of Promotional post/ACP level shall accrue after one year on the 1st day of January or 1st day of July, as the case may be."
