संख्या 1/20/2016‐5पी.आर. (वि.वि).- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सिविल सेवा (पुनरीक्षित वेतन) नियम, 2016 को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :-
1. (1) ये नियम हरियाणा सिविल सेवा (पुनरीक्षित वेतन) संषोधन नियम, 2022, कहे जा सकते हैं।
(2) ये नियम प्रथम जनवरी, 2016 से लागू हुए समझे जाएंगे।
2. हरियाणा सिविल सेवा (पुनरीक्षित वेतन) नियम, 2016 में, नियम 10 म,ें उप-नियम (2) में,-
(i) द्वितीय परन्तुक में, अन्त में विद्यमान "।" चिह्न के स्थान पर, "ः" चिह्न प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा; तथा (ii) द्वितीय परन्तुक के बाद, निम्नलिखित परन्तुक जोडा जाएगा, अर्थात् :-
"परन्तु यह और कि यदि किसी कर्मचारी को फीडर पद की सामान्य वेतनवृद्धि की तिथि अर्थात जनवरी के पहले दिन या जुलाई के प्रथम दिन को सामान्य पदानुक्रम में पदोन्नत किया जाता है और पदोन्नत स्तर में वेतन सामान्य वेतनवृद्धि दिए जाने के बाद नियत किया जाता है, तो पदोन्नत पद के स्तर में आगामी वेतनवृद्धि, एक वर्ष के बाद जनवरी के प्रथम दिन या जुलाई के प्रथम दिन, जैसी भी स्थिति हो, को प्रोद्भूत होगी।"।

Notification

No. 1/20/2016-5PR(FD).— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2016, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Haryana Civil Services (Revised Pay) Amendment Rules, 2022.
(2) These rules shall deemed to have come into force with effect from 1st January, 2016.
2. In the Haryana Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2016, in Rule 10, in sub-rule (2),–
(i) in the second proviso for the sign "." Existing at the end, the sign ":" Shall be substituted; and (ii) after the second proviso, the following proviso shall be added, namely:-
"Provided further that in case an employee is promoted in the normal hierarchy on the date of normal increment of feeder post i.e. on 1st day of January or 1st day of July and pay in promotional level is fixed after granting normal increment, next increment in the level of promotional post shall accrue after one year on the 1st day of January or 1st day of July, as the case may be."
