क्रमांक 22/46/2011-6स्था-1.— अधिसूचना, दिनांक 21.05.2021 की निरंतरता जो क्रमांक नं० 22/46/2011-6स्था ा, दिनांक 21.05.2021 के द्वारा जारी है तथा कार्यस्थल पर यौन उत्पीड़न (रोकथाम, निषेध और निवारण) नियम 2013 की धारा 4 (1) के अन्तर्गत हरियाणा सिविल सचिवालय के यौन उत्पीड़न की षिकायतों की सुनवाई के लिए व महिलाओं को यौन उत्पीड़न के खिलाफ संरक्षण प्रदान करने के लिए राज्यपाल, हरियाणा द्वारा आन्तरिक षिकायत समिति में एक और सदस्य नामांकित किया गया है :-
1. डा० श्रीमती विभा गुप्ता, सेवानिवृत प्राचार्या तथा सह अचार्या, ः सदस्य
डी० ए० वी० महिला महाविद्यालय, यमुनानगर
2. नियम एवं शर्तें जोकि अधिसूचना दिनांक 21.05.2021 में दर्षाए गए हैं, वे सभी उपरोक्त सदस्य अर्थात् डा० श्रीमति विभा गुप्ता, सेवानिवृत प्राचार्या तथा सह अचार्या, डी० ए० वी० महिला महाविद्याालय, यमुनानगर पर लागू होगें।

No. 22/46/2021-6Estt.-I.— In continuation of the notification dated 21.05.2021 issued vide Endst. No. 22/46/2011-6Estt.-I, dated 21 May, 2021 the Governor of Haryana is pleased to add one more member in the Internal Complaint Committee of Haryana Civil Secretariat with a view to provide protection against Sexual Harassment to women at workplace and for hearing the complaints of Sexual Harassment of Haryana Civil Secretariat:-
1. Dr. (Mrs.) Vibha Gupta, Retd. Principal and Associate Professor, : Member
DAV Collage for Girls, Yamunanagar
2. All the terms and conditions as mentioned in the notification dated 21 May, 2021 shall remain same and shall be applicable on newly added member namely Dr. (Mrs.) Vibha Gupta, Retd. Principal and Associate Professor, DAV College for Girls, Yamunanagar.
