दिनांक 2 मार्च, 2022
क्रमांक 1/73/2017-1 पीपी.— हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सरकार, सूचना, जन सम्र्पक एवं भाषा विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 1/73/2017-1पीपी, दिनांक 12 दिसम्बर, 2017 में निम्नलिखित संषोधन करते हैं, अर्थातः-
संषोधन
हरियाणा सरकार, सूचना, जन सम्र्पक एवं भाषा विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 1/73/2017-1 पीपी, दिनांक 12 दिसम्बर, 2017 में शीर्ष ''(क) योग्यता मापदण्ड'' में, पैरा (2) के बाद निम्नलिखित पैरा रखा जाएगा, अर्थात :-
''(3) यदि कोई सत्यग्रही स्वयं द्वारा कारावास भोगने का दावा करता है, लेकिन उसके कारावास का कोई अभिलेख (रिकॉर्ड) जेल रिकॉर्ड में उपलब्ध नहीं है, तो उसे एक ऐसे सह-कैदी का प्रमाण पत्र/पत्र प्रस्तुत करना होगा जो उन्हीं तारीखों/महीनों के दौरान उसके साथ जेल में था। इसमें यह भी शर्त होगी कि जेल रिकॉर्ड वाले इस सह-कैदी का नाम पुलिस की प्राथमिक सूचना रिर्पोट (एफ.आई.आर.) में आवेदक के नाम के साथ दर्ज होना आवष्यक है''।

No. 1/73/2017-1PP.— The Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following amendment in the Haryana Government, Information, Public Relations & Languages Department's Notification No. 1/73/2017-1PP, dated 12th Deceber, 2017, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the Haryana Government, Information, Public Relations & Languages Department Notification No. 1/73/2017-1PP, dated 12th December, 2017, under heading (A) of Eligibility Criteria, after para No. 2, the following para should be added:-
"(3) In case a Satyagrahi claims to have been imprisoned, but no record of his imprisonment is
available in jail, he will have to produce a certificate/letter from one co-prisoner to the effect that
he was in jail with him/her during the same dates/months with the condition that the jail record
of that co-prisoner is available alongwith mention of applicant's name in the FIR".
