संख्या 7/1/2022-2TCP.— हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1977 की धारा 15(3) के साथ पठित धारा 15(2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों और इस निमित्त अन्य सभी समर्थ बनाने वाले उपबन्धों का प्रयोग करते हुए यह निर्णय लिया गया है कि धारा 17 के अधीन सम्पदा अधिकारी (अधिकारियों), हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण (जिसे, इसमें, इसके बाद एच.एस.वी.पी. कहा गया है) और मुख्य प्रषासक, एच.एस.वी.पी. को प्रदत्त शक्तियां पत्र क्रमांक सी.सी.एफ.-हुड्डा-ए.ओ. -1-लेखा-1-2018/25660, दिनांक 08-02-2018 तथा सी.सी.एफ.-एच.एस.वी.पी.-ए.ओ.-1-2018/35660, दिनांक 22-02-2018 जिसके द्वारा क्रमषः औद्याोगिक सम्पदाओं के दो तथा बारह नम्बर को एच.सी.वी.पी. से एच.एस.आई.आई.डी.सी. को स्थानान्तरित किए जाने के आदेष तथा किसी अन्य आदेष द्वारा जो इस सम्बन्ध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए हो, किए गए के द्वारा सरकार द्वारा लिए गए निर्णय के अनुसार एच.एस.आई.आई.डी.सी. को स्थानान्तरित क्रमषः औद्याोगिक सम्पदाओं/प्लाटों के सम्बन्ध में सम्बन्धित औद्याोगिक सम्पदा के सम्पदा प्रबन्धक (प्रबन्धकों) तथा प्रबन्ध निदेषक, हरियाणा राज्य औद्याोगिक तथा अवसरंचना विकास निगम लिमिटेड (जिसे, इसमें, इसके बाद एच.एस.आई.आई.डी.सी. कहा गया है) में विहित होगी।

HARYANA SHEHRI VIKAS PRADHIKARAN
Notification

No. 7/1/2022-2TCP.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 51 (2) read with section 15 (3) of the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran Act, 1977 and all other enabling provisions in this behalf, it has been decided that the powers conferred on the Estate Officer(s), Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (hereinafter HSVP) and Chief Administrator, HSVP under Section 17 shall vest in the Estate Manager(s) of respective Industrial Estate and Managing Director of the Haryana State Industrial & Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (hereinafter HSIIDC), respectively in respect of the Industrial Estate/plots transferred to the HSIIDC as per the decision taken by the Government vide letter No. CCF-HUDA-AO-1-Acctt.-1-2018/25660 dated 08.02.2018 & CCF-HSVP-AO-1- 2018/35660 dated 22.02.2018 whereby two and twelve number of Industrial Estates respectively were ordered to be transferred from HSVP to HSIIDC and by any other order which may be issued from time to time in this regard.
