The 11th March, 2022

No. HAREDA/2022/3290.— The Board of Governors of Haryana Renewable Energy Development Agency (HAREDA), hereby, makes the following further to amend the Haryana Renewable Energy Development Agency (HAREDA) (Group-D) Service Rules, 2018 namely:–

1. These Rules may be called the Haryana Renewable Energy Development Agency (HAREDA), Group-D (Amendment), Rules, 2021.

2. In the Haryana Renewable Energy Development Agency (HAREDA), Group D Service Rules, 2018 in Annexure-B.–

(i) Under column 2, for existing item (iii) and (iv) following item shall be substituted as under:-

In case of Peon:-

4.	Peon (DL Level)	As specified in the First Schedule of the Haryana Group D Employees (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2018 (5 of 2018).	By Transfer/deputation As specified in the First Schedule of the Haryana Group D Employees (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2018 (5 of 2018).
