संख्या एस०वी०-1-40.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा हरियाणा सत्कार संगठन (ग्रुप 'ग') सेवा के नियमों 1986 को आगे संशोधित करते हुए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं :- 1. ये नियम हरियाणा सत्कार संगठन (ग्रुप 'ग') सेवा नियम तृतीय संशोधन नियम, 2022 कहे जा सकते हैं । 2. हरियाणा सत्कार संगठन (ग्रुप-'ग') सेवा नियम 1986 में नियम-5 में '17 वर्ष' तथा '30 वर्ष' के स्थान पर 'अठारह वर्ष' तथा 'बयालीस वर्ष' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा।

No. SV-1-40.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Hospitality Organisation (Group-C) Service Rules, 1986, namely:-
1. These rules may be called the Haryana Hospitality Organisation (Group-C) Service Rules 3rd Amendment Rules, 2022. 2. In the Haryana Hospitality Organisation (Group-C) Service Rules, 1986, in Rule 5, the words '17 years' and '30 years' shall respectively be substituted by the words 'eighteen years' and 'forty two years'.
