Notification
The 24th March, 2022
No. 01/01/2022-1AR.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (3) of Section 15 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (Act 22 of 2005) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana, hereby, on the recommendation of the Committee as specified in the above said sub-section, appoints Dr. Satyavir Singh Phulia, IAS(Retd.) as State Information Commissioner in the State Information Commission, Haryana with effect from the date of his joining as such after taking the requisite oath.
2. The terms and conditions of his appointment shall be regulated in accordance with the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005 and the Right to Information (Term of Office, Salaries, Allowances and Other Terms and Conditions of Service of Chief Information Commissioner, Information Commissioner in the Central Information Commission, State Chief Information Commissioner and State Information Commissioner in the State Information Commission) Rules, 2019.
