संख्या 52/73/2021-2क1.- हरियाणा नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 1973 (1973 का 24), की धारा 4 की उपधारा (3) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 52/73/2021-2क1, दिनांक 03 नवम्बर, 2021 के प्रतिनिर्देष से, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, नीचे दी गई अनूसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट गांव चत्तरगढ पट्‌टी, खेरपुर, वैदवाला, बाजेकां, कंगनपुर, षाहपुर बेगू, खाजाखेड़ा तथा रामनगरिया के राजस्व क्षेत्र को नगर परिषद, सिरसा जिला सिरसा में सम्मिलित करते हैं, अर्थातः-

सीमाओं की अनुसूची

उत्तर :- बिन्दु 'ए' से जैसा कि नक्शे में दिखाया गया है से शरू करते हुए पूर्व की ओर आयत संख्या 31 तथा 33 की उतरी सीमा के साथ-साथ पूर्व की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'बी' तक जो कि गांव शमशाबाद पट्‌टी के आयत संख्या 19 का दक्षिणी पश्चिमी कोना है। तत्पष्चात्‌ आयत संख्या 19 की दक्षिणी पश्चिमी सीमा पर उतर की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'सी' तक जो कि मुरब्बा संख्या 19 शमशाबाद पट्‌टी का उतरी पश्चिमी कोना है। तत्पष्चात्‌ मुरब्बा संख्या 19 की उत्तरी सीमा पर पूर्व की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'डी' तक जो कि आयत संख्या 18 गांव शमशाबाद पट्‌टी का उतरी पश्चिमी कोना है। तत्पष्चात्‌ बिन्दु 'डी' से मुरब्बा संख्या 13 तथा 6 गांव शमशाबाद पट्‌टी की पश्चिमी सीमा पर उतर की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'ई' तक जो कि आयत संख्या 6 का उतरी पश्चिमी कोना है। तत्पष्चात्‌ आयत संख्या 3 तथा 4 के उत्तरी पूर्वी सीमा से पूर्व दिशा की ओर चलते हुए किला संख्या 15, 16, 17, से 25 के मध्य में से तथा आयत संख्या 4 के किला संख्या 1 से 5 तथा 7 से 10 के मध्य से गुजरते हुए गांव शमशाहबाद पट्‌टी से बिन्दु 'एफ' तक जैसा की नक्शे में दिखाया गया है। तत्पष्चात्‌ पूर्व की ओर आयत संख्या 40 के उतरी सीमा पर चलते हुए बिन्दु संख्या 'जी' तक जो कि आयत संख्या 40 का उत्तरी पूर्वी कोना है। तत्पष्चात्‌ आयत संख्या 40 की पूर्वी सीमा के पथ पर दक्षिण की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'एच' तक जोकि आयत संख्या 43 का उत्तरी पश्चिमी कोना है, जो चतरगढ़ पटट्‌ी का रकबा है तत्पष्चात पूर्व की ओर मुरब्बा संख्या 43, 44, 45, 46 ,47 ,48 ,49 की उत्तरी सीमा पर पूर्व की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'आई' तक जोकि गांव चत्तरगढ पट्‌टी आयत संख्या 49 का उतरी पूर्वी कोना है। बिन्दु 'आई' से मुरब्बा संख्या 5, 4, 1 की पश्चिमी सीमा पर पूर्व की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु जे तक जो कि गांव खैरपुर में पड़ता है। तत्पष्चात बिन्दु 'जे' से मुरब्बा संख्या 2, 3, 4, 7 तथा 8 की सीमा पर पूर्व की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'के' तक जो कि गांव खैरपुर में पड़ता है। तत्पष्चात्‌ आयत संख्या 30, 31,29, 12 तथा 13 की उत्तरी सीमा पर पूर्व की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'एल' तक जो कि गांव वैदवाला का आयत संख्या 13 का उत्तरी पूर्वी कोना है जोकि हिसार-डबवाली बाईपास पर स्थित है। पूर्व :- बिन्दु 'एल' से प्रारम्भ करते हुए जैसा कि नक्शे में दर्शाया गया है। गांव वैदवाला के आयत संख्या 13, 28, 35, 55, 62, 83, 88, 110, 112 तथा आयत संख्या 58, 59, 60, 77 और 78 की पूर्वी सीमा पर गांव वैदवाला की हदबस्त पर दक्षिण की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'एम' तक जोकि गांव खैरपुर आयत संख्या 78 का दक्षिणी पूर्वी कोना है तत्पष्चात्‌ आयत संख्या 157, 158, 159, 160, 161, 162, 163, 164, 165 की उतरी सीमा पर पूर्व की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'एन' तक जोकि गांव वैदवाला

(EXTRA.), MAR. 25, 2022 (CHTR. 4, 1944 SAKA) 943 के आयत संख्या 165 का उतरी पूर्वी कोना है जोकि बाईपास के साथ भी लगता है। तत्पष्चात्‌ गांव वैदवाला के 'एन' से आयत संख्या 165 के पूर्वी सीमा से दक्षिण की ओर चलते हुए आयत सख्यां 6, 22, 21, 23 की पूर्वी सीमा के साथ-साथ दक्षिण की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'ओ' तक जैसे की नक्शे में दर्शाया गया है जो कि गांव बाजेकां के आयत संख्या 23 का दक्षिणी पूर्वी कोना है। दक्षिण :- बिन्दु 'ओ' जैसा कि नक्शे में दर्शाया गया है, के अनुसार आयत संख्या 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 जो रक्बा गांव बजेकां का है तथा आयत संख्या नं0 24, 23, 22, 21, 20, 19, 18, 17, 16 की दक्षिणी सीमा पर पश्चिम की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'पी' तक जो कि आयत संख्या 16 का दक्षिणी पश्चिमी कोना है और यह गांव कंगनपुर का रकबा है। तत्पष्चात्‌ बिन्दु 'पी' से दक्षिण की ओर पूर्वी सीमा के साथ-साथ आयत संख्या 34, 36, 53, 56, 70 और 73 जो गांव कंगनपुर का रकबा है तथा आयत संख्या 14, 33, 43, 66 जो गांव शाहपूर बेगू का रक्बा है जो बिन्दु 'क्यू' तक जो कि आयत सख्ंया 66 का दक्षिणी पूर्वी कोना है ओर गांव शाहपूर बेगू का रक्बा है। तत्पष्चात्‌ बिन्दु 'क्यू' से पष्चिम की ओर आयत संख्या 66, 67, 68, 69 की दक्षिणी सीमा के साथ-साथ चलते हुए बिन्दु 'आर' तक जो कि आयत संख्या 69 का दक्षिणी पश्चिमी कोना है जो कि गांव शाहपुर बेगू में पड़ता है। तत्पष्चात्‌ बिन्दु 'आर' से आयत संख्या 69 की पश्चिमी सीमा पर उतर की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'आर-1' तक जो कि आयत संख्या 40 का दक्षिणी पश्चिमी कोना है। तत्पष्चात्‌ बिन्दु 'आर-1' से आयत संख्या 39, 38 की दक्षिण सीमा पर पष्चिम की ओर चलते हुये बिन्दू 'आर-2' तक जो कि शाहपूर बेगू का रक्बा है, तत्पष्चात्‌ बिन्दू 'आर-2' से दक्षिणी सीमा के साथ-साथ पष्चिम की ओर चलते हुये आयत सख्यां 100, 101 जो गांव खाजाखेड़ा का है बिन्दू 'एस' तक, तत्पष्चात्‌ दक्षिण सीमा के साथ-साथ पष्चिम की ओर चलते हुये आयत सख्यां 95, 94 बिन्दू 'एस-1' तक, जो कि आयत सख्यां 94 का दक्षिणी पष्चिमी कोना है ओर गांव खाजा खेड़ा का रक्बा है। तत्पष्चात्‌ उतर की ओर मुड़ते हुये आयत संख्या 94, 87, 72, 63, 48, 39 (भाग) की पष्चिमी सीमा के साथ-साथ चलते हुये बिन्दू 'एस-2' तक, तदोपरान्त पूर्व की ओर मुड़ते हुये बिन्दू 'एस-3' तक जो कि आयत संख्या 39 (भाग) का पष्चिमी उतरी कोना है। तत्पष्चात्‌ बिन्दू 'एस-3' से उतर की ओर चलते हुये बिन्दू 'टी' तक जो कि आयत संख्या 39 का उतरी पश्चिमी कोना है। जो कि गांव खाजा खेड़ा का रकबा है। तत्पष्चात्‌ बिन्दु 'टी' से पष्चिम की ओर मुड़ते हुये आयत संख्या 22, 21, 20, 19, 18 की दक्षिणी सीमा पर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'यू' तक जो कि मुरब्बा संख्या 18 का दक्षिणी पश्चिमी कोना है जो कि गांव खाजाखेड़ा का रकबा है जो गांव रामनगरिया की सीमा को जोड़ता है। तदोपरान्त बिन्दु 'यू' से आयत संख्या 28, 46 तथा 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53 की दक्षिण सीमा पर पष्चिम की ओर चलते हुये बिन्दु वी तक जो कि आयत संख्या 53 का दक्षिणी पष्चिमी कोना है जो कि गांव रामनगरियां का अन्तिम कोना है। पश्चिम - बिन्दु 'वी' से प्रारम्भ करते हुए जैसा कि नक्शे में दर्शाया गया है, तत्पष्चात्‌ उतर की ओर मुड़ते हुए आयत संख्या 53, 39, 35, 36, 37, 18, 17, 16,1 गांव रामनगरिया की सीमा पर पश्चिमी सीमा पर चलते हुये बिन्दु 'डब्ल्यु' तक जो कि आयत संख्या 2 का उतरी पश्चिमी कोना है। तदोपरान्त बिन्दु 'डब्ल्यु' से आयत न0 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 के उतरी सीमा पर पूर्व की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'एक्स' तक जो कि आयत संख्या 7 का उतरी पूर्वी कोना है जो कि गांव रामनगरियां का रकबा है। तत्पष्चात्‌ बिन्दु 'एक्स' से मुड़ते हुये आयत संख्या 124, 118, 105 व 100 की पश्चिमी सीमा पर उतर की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'वाई' तक जो कि आयत संख्या 100 का उतरी पश्चिमी केना है जो कि गांव शमशाहबाद पट्‌टी का रकबा है। तत्पष्चात बिन्दु 'वाई' से आयत संख्या 100 की उतरी सीमा से पूर्व की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'जेड' तक जो कि आयत संख्या 101 का उतरी पश्चिमी कोना है जो कि गांव शमशाहबाद पट्‌टी का रक्बा है। तत्पष्चात्‌ बिन्दु 'जेड' से आयत संख्या 86, 80, 66, 58, 43, 31 की पश्चिमी सीमा पर उतर की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'ए' तक जो कि आयत संख्या 31 का उतरी पश्चिमी कोना है जो कि गांव शमशाहबाद पट्‌टी का रक्बा है।

निम्नलिखित आयत संख्या को विधानपरिषद्‌, की सीमा में शामिल किया जाता हैः- 1. चत्तरगढपट्‌टीः- 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56

2. खैरपुरः- 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13

3. वैदवालाः- 12, 13, 28, 29, 30, 31, 157, 158, 159, 160, 161, 162, 163, 164, 165

4. बाजेकांः- 1 से 30 5. कंगनपुरः- 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 34, 35, 36, 53, 54, 55, 56, 70, 71, 72, 73

No. 52/73/2021-2C1.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-section (3) of Section 4 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (24 of 1973) and with reference to Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department notification No. 52/73/2021-2C1, dated the 3rd November, 2021, the Governor of Haryana hereby includes the revenue area of Villages Chattargarh Patti, Khairpur, Vaidwala, Bajekan, Kanganpur, Shahpur Begu, Khajakhera and Ram Nagaria in the limits of Municipal Council, Sirsa, District Sirsa as specified in the Schedule given below, namely:-

SCHEDULE OF BOUNDARIES

NORTH :- Starting from Point 'A' as define in the plan then moving toward east on Northern boundary of Rectangle No.31 & 33 upto Point 'B' which is the South Western Corner of Rectangle No.19 of Village Shamshabad then moving towards north on Western Boundary of Rectangle No.19 upto point C which is the north west corner of Rectangle No. 19 of Murba No.19 of Village Shamshabad Patti then moving towards east on Northern Boundary of Rectangle No.19 upto point 'D' as shown in the plan which is the North west corner of Rectangle No.18 of Village Shamshabad Patti then moving towards north on Western boundary of Rectangle No.13 & 6 of Village Shamshabad upto point E which is the northern west corner of Rectangle No.6. Then moving towards east on Northern boundary of Rectangle No.3 & 4 and crossing the Killa No.15, 16, 17 to 25 of Rectangle No.3 & Killa No.1 to 5 & 7 to 10 of Rectangle No.4 of Village Shamshabad upto point 'F' as shown in the plan. EAST :- Starting from the point 'L' as shown in the plan moving towards South along the Eastern boundary of Rectangle No.13, 28, 35, 55, 62, 83, 88, 110, 112 of village Vaidwala and Rectangle No. 58, 59, 60, 77 & 78 alongwith hadbast line of village Vaidwala upto point 'M' which is the south east corner of Rectangle No.78 of Village Khairpur then moving towards East along the Northern boundary of Rectangle No. 157, 158, 159, 160, 161, 162, 163, 164, 165 upto point 'N' which is north east corner of Rectangle No. 165 of Village Vaidwala also connecting with the By Pass then moving towards south on Eastern boundary of Rectangle No.165 village Vaidwala and Rectangle No. 6, 21, 22, 23 upto point 'O' which is south east corner of Rectangle No.23 of Village Bajekan as shown in the plan.

Then moving towards south along the Eastern boundary of Rectangle No.28, 46 & 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53 upto point 'V' which is the south west corner of Rectangle No.53 of Village Ram Nagaria.
