संख्या 6/53/2008-1श्रम.- औद्योगिक नियोजन (स्थाई आदेष) अधिनियम, 1946 (1946 का केन्द्रीय अधिनियम 20), की धारा 2 के खण्ड के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, श्रम आयुक्त, हरियाणा को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों हेतु, अपीलीय प्राधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त करते हैं।

No 6/53/2008-1Lab.— In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (a) of Section 2 of the Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act, 1946 (Central Act 20 of 1946) the Governor of Haryana hereby appoint the Labour Commissioner, Haryana to be the appellate authority for the purpose of the said Act.
