Notification
The 4th April, 2022
No. 17/16/99-ITCP.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-section (1) read with Sub-section (2) of Section 25 of the Haryana Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963 (Punjab Act 41 of 1963) and with reference to Haryana Government, Town and Country Planning Department, notification No. 17/16/99-1TCP, dated the 30th December, 2021, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Rules, 1965, in its application to the State of Haryana, namely:-
Draft Rules
1. These rules may be called the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development (Haryana Amendment) Rules, 2022.
2. In the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Rules, 1965, in rule 130,-
(i) in sub-rule (1), for the words "from his own department to which he belongs", the words and sign "from Town and Country Planning Department, Haryana";
(ii) for sub-rule (4), the following sub-rule shall be substituted, namely:-
"(4) The Chairman of the Tribunal shall hold office for a term of three years and shall be eligible for reappointment for another term and the Member shall hold office for a period of three years or upto the age of sixty-six years, whichever is earlier''.
