संख्या 215.— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा अक्षय ऊर्जा मुख्यालय और क्षेत्रीय (ग्रुप ग) सेवा नियम, 1998, को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :-
1. ये नियम हरियाणा अक्षय ऊर्जा मुख्यालय और क्षेत्रीय (ग्रुप ग) सेवा (संषोधन) नियम, 2022, कहे जा सकते हैं। 2. हरियाणा अक्षय ऊर्जा मुख्यालय और क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय (ग्रुप ग) सेवा नियम, 1998 में, नियम 5, में, "सत्रह" शब्द के स्थान पर "अठारह" शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा।

No. 215.— In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Renewable Energy Headquarter and Field (Group C) Service Rules, 1998, namely:-
1. These rules may be called the Haryana Renewable Energy Headquarter and Field (Group C) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2022.
2. In the Haryana Renewable Energy, Headquarter and Field (Group C) Service Rules, 1998, in rule 5, for the figure "17" the word "eighteen" shall be substituted.
