संख्या सा०का०नि० 25/संवि०/अनु० 309/2022.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा निर्वाचन विभाग (ग्रुप ग) सेवा नियम, 1999, को आगे संशोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-

1. ये नियम हरियाणा निर्वाचन विभाग (ग्रुप ग) सेवा (संशोधन) नियम, 2022, कहे जा सकते हैं।2. हरियाणा निर्वाचन विभाग (ग्रुप ग) सेवा नियम, 1999 में, नियम 5 में, '17' अंकों के स्थान पर "अठारह" शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा। अनुराग अग्रवाल, प्रधान सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, निर्वाचन विभाग। 112 HARYANA GOVT. No. G.S.R. 25/Const./Art. 309/2022.— In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Election Department (Group C) Service Rules, 1999, namely:

1. These rules may be called the Haryana Election Department (Group C) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2022.

2. In the Haryana Election Department (Group C) Service Rules, 1999, in rule 5, for the figure "17", the word "eighteen" shall be substituted.
