संख्या सा०का०नि० 28/संवि०/अनु० 309/2022.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक के अधीन प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा परिवहन विभाग (ग्रुप ख) सेवा नियम, 1992, को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-

1. ये नियम हरियाणा परिवहन विभाग (ग्रुप ख) सेवा (संषोधन) नियम, 2022, कहे जा सकते हैं।2. हरियाणा परिवहन विभाग (ग्रुप ख) सेवा नियम, 1992 में, नियम 5 में, ''इक्कीस'' तथा ''पैन्तीस'' षब्द के स्थान पर, क्रमषः ''अठारह'' तथा ''बयालीस''षब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे। नवदीप सिंह विर्क, प्रधान सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, परिवहन विभाग। 118 HARYANA GOVT. No. G.S.R. 28/Const./Art. 309/2022.— In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Transport Department (Group B) Service Rules, 1992, namely:-

1. These rules may be called the Haryana Transport Department (Group B) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2022. 2. In the Haryana Transport Department (Group B) Service Rules, 1992, in rule 5, for the words and signs "twenty-one", the word "thirty-five", the words and sign "eighteen" and "forty-two"shall respectively be substituted.
