संख्या सा०का०नि० 30/संवि०/अनु० 309/2022.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक के अधीन प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा परिवहन विभाग (ग्रुप ग) परिवहन आयुक्त कार्यालय सेवा नियम, 1998, को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-

1. ये नियम हरियाणा परिवहन विभाग (ग्रुप ग) परिवहन आयुक्त कार्यालय सेवा (संषोधन) नियम, 2022, कहे जा सकते हैं।2. हरियाणा परिवहन विभाग (ग्रुप ग) परिवहन आयुक्त कार्यालय सेवा नियम, 1998 में, नियम 5 में, ''पैंतीस'' षब्द के स्थान पर, ''बयालीस'' षब्द प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा। नवदीप सिंह विर्क, प्रधान सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, परिवहन विभाग। 122 HARYANA GOVT. No. G.S.R. 30/Const./Art. 309/2022.— In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Transport Department (Group C) Transport Commissioner's Office Service Rules, 1998, namely:-

1. These rules may be called the Haryana Transport Department (Group C) Transport Commissioner's Office Service (Amendment) Rules, 2022. 2. In the Transport Department (Group C) Transport Commissioner's Office Service Rules, 1998, in rule 5, for the words and sign "thirty-five", the words and sign "forty-two" shall be substituted.
