हरियाणा सरकार कृषि तथा किसान कल्याण विभाग अधिसूचना दिनांक 13 अप्रैल, 2022 संख्या सा०का०नि० 33/संवि० /अनु० 309/2022.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा अधीनस्थ उद्यान निदेषालय लिपिकीय अमला (ग्रुप-ग) सेवा नियम, 1998, को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :- श्श्श्श्श्श् 1. ये नियम हरियाणा अधीनस्थ उद्यान निदेषालय लिपिकीय अमला (ग्रुप-ग) सेवा (संषोधन) नियम, 2022, कहे जा सकते हैं। 2. हरियाणा अधीनस्थ उद्यान, निदेषालय लिपिकीय अमला (ग्रुप-ग) सेवा नियम, 1998 में, नियम 5 में, ''सत्रह वर्ष'' तथा ''पैंतीस वर्ष''षब्दों के स्थान पर, क्रमषः ''अठारह वर्ष'' तथा ''बयालीस वर्ष'' षब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे। 130 HARYANA GOVT. No. G.S.R. 33/Const./Art. 309/2022.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Subordinate Horticulture Directorate Ministerial Staff (Group C) Service Rules, 1998, namely:–
1. These rules may be called the Haryana Subordinate Horticulture Directorate Ministerial Staff (Group C) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2022.
2. In the Haryana Subordinate Horticulture Directorate Ministerial Staff (Group C) Service Rules, 1998, in rule 5, for the words "seventeen" and "thirty five", the words and sign "eighteen" and "forty-two" shall respectively be substituted.
