संख्या सा०का०नि० 50/संवि०/अनु० 309/2022.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा इलैक्ट्रोनिक्स एवं सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग (ग्रुप ग) सेवा नियम, 1998 को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :-

No. G.S.R. 50/Const./Art. 309/2022.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Electronics and Information Technology Department (Group C) Services Rules, 1998, namely:-
1. These rules may be called the Haryana Electronics and Information Technology Department (Group C) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2022.
2. In the Haryana Electronics and Information Technology Department (Group C) Service Rules, 1998, in rule 5, for the words and sign "seventeen" and "thirty-five", the words sign "eighteen" and "forty-two" shall respectively be substituted.
