संख्या सा०का०नि० 62/संवि०/अनु० 309/2022.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा खेल तथा युवा कल्याण विभाग, राज्य (ग्रुप ग) सेवा नियम, 1998, को आगे से संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :-
1. ये नियम हरियाणा खेल तथा युवा कल्याण विभाग, राज्य (ग्रुप ग) सेवा (संषोधन) नियम, 2022, कहे जा सकते हैं। 2. हरियाणा खेल तथा युवा कल्याण विभाग, राज्य (ग्रुप ग) सेवा नियम, 1998 में, नियम 5 में, "सत्रह" तथा "चालीस" शब्दों के स्थान पर, क्रमषः "अठारह" तथा "बयालीस" शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे। 232 HARYANA GOVT. No. G.S.R. 62/Const./Art. 309/2022.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Sports and Youth Welfare Department State (Group C) Service Rules, 1996, namely:-
1. These rules may be called the Haryana Sports and Youth Welfare Department State (Group C) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2022.
2. In the Haryana Sports and Youth Welfare Department State (Group C) Service Rules, 1998, in rule 5, for the words "Seventeen" and "forty", the words and sign "eighteen" and "forty-two" shall respectively be substituted.
