संख्या 18/05/2022-2क-1.- हरियाणा नगर पालिका अधिनियम, 1973 (1973 का अधिनियम 24), की धारा-9 की उप धारा (2), धारा-10 की उप धारा (1), (2), (3), (4), (7) व (8) तथा हरियाणा नगर पालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियमावली, 1977 के नियम 7 द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या 18/05/2022-2क-1, दिनांक 22 मार्च, 2022 के अनुसरण में तथा हरियाणा नगर पालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियमावली, 1977 के नियम-10 के उपबन्धों के अधीन, इसके द्वारा, सदस्यों के निर्वाचन के प्रयोजन के लिए 15 वार्डों में से नगर पालिका, आदमपुर, जिला-हिसार की सीटें नगर पालिका में निम्नलिखित रूप से आबंटित करते हैं :-
15 वार्डों में से 03 वार्ड, क्रम संख्या 04, 14 व 15 अनुसूचित जाति के लिये आरक्षित होंगे, जिनमें से वार्ड संख्या 15 अनुसूचित जाति की महिला के लिये आरक्षित होगा, वार्ड संख्या 01 व 05 पिछड़े वर्ग के लिये आरक्षित होंगे तथा वार्ड नं० 06, 08, 09 व 12 महिलाओं के लिये आरक्षित होंगे।

No. 18/05/2022-2C1.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of Section–9, Sub–section (1), (2), (3), (4), (7) and (8) of Section–10 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (Act 24 of 1973) and Rule 7 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1977, the Governor of Haryana, in continuation of the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department Notification No. 18/05/2022-2C1, dated 22nd March, 2022 and in pursuance of the provisions of Rule 10 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1977, hereby allots the seats of the Municipal Committee, Adampur, District–Hisar amongst 15 wards for the purpose of election of members in the said municipality as follows:–
Out of 15 wards, 03 wards viz ward numbers 04, 14 and 15 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes, out of which ward number 15 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes Women, ward numbers 01 and 05 shall be reserved for members belonging to the Backward Classes and ward numbers 06, 08, 09 and 12 shall be reserved for Women.
