संख्या सा०का०नि० 57/संवि०/अनु० 309/2022.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, पंजाब अर्थ तथा सांख्यिकीय संगठन (राज्य सेवा गु्रप क) नियम, 1963, को आगे संशोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्ः-
1. ये नियम पंजाब अर्थ तथा सांख्यिकीय संगठन (राज्य सेवा गु्रप क) (हरियाणा संशोधन) नियम, 2022, कहे जा सकते हैं। 2. पंजाब अर्थ तथा सांख्यिकीय संगठन (राज्य सेवा गु्रप क) नियम, 1963 (जिन्हें, इसमें, इसके बाद उक्त नियम कहा गया है) में, प्रस्तावना में, ''पंजाब अर्थ तथा सांख्यिकीय संगठन (राज्य सेवा ग्रुप क)'' शब्दों तथा कोष्ठकों के स्थान पर, ''हरियाणा अर्थ तथा सांख्यिकीय संगठन (राज्य सेवा ग्रुप क)'' शब्द तथा कोष्ठक प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी।
3. उक्त नियमों में, नियम 1 में, उपनियम (1) में, ''पंजाब'' शब्द के स्थान पर, ''हरियाणा'' शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा तथा दिनांक प्रथम नवम्बर, 1966 से प्रतिस्थापित किया गया समझा जाएगा।
4. उक्त नियमों में, नियम 2, 11 तथा 13 में, ''पंजाब'' शब्द जहाँ कहीं भी आए, के स्थान पर, ''हरियाणा'' शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा तथा प्रथम नवम्बर, 1966 से प्रतिस्थापित किया गया समझा जाएगा।
5. उक्त नियमों में, परिशिष्ट क, ख, ग तथा घ में, ''पंजाब'' शब्द जहाँ कहीं भी आए, के स्थान पर, ''हरियाणा'' शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा तथा प्रथम नवम्बर, 1966 से प्रतिस्थापित किया गया समझा जाएगा।
6. उक्त नियमों में, नियम 8 में, खण्ड (क) में, मद (ii) में, ''40'' अंकाें के स्थान पर, ''बयालीस'' शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।

No. G.S.R. 57/Const./Art. 309/2022.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Punjab Economic and Statistical Organisation (State Service Group A) Rules, 1963, namely:-
1. These rules may be called the Punjab Economic and Statistical Organisation (State Service Group A) (Haryana Amendment) Rules, 2022.
2. In the Punjab Economic and Statistical Organisation (State Service Group A) Rules, 1963 (hereinafter called the said rules), in preamble, for the words and brackets "Punjab Economic and Statistical Organisation (State Service Group A)", the words and brackets "Haryana Economic and Statistical Organisation (State Service Group A)" shall be substituted.
3. In the said rules, in rule 1, for sub-rule (1), for the word "Punjab", the word "Haryana" shall be substituted and shall be deemed to have been substituted with effect from the 1st November, 1966.
4. In the said rules, in rules 2, 11 and 13, for the word "Punjab", wherever occurring, the word "Haryana" shall be substituted and shall be deemed to have been substituted with effect from the 1st November, 1966.
5. In the said rules, in Appendices A, B, C and D, for the word "Punjab", wherever occurring, the word "Haryana" shall be substituted and shall be deemed to have been substituted with effect from the 1st November, 1966.
6. In the said rules, in rule 8, in clause (a), in item (ii), for the figure "40", the words and sign "forty-two" shall be substituted.
