संख्या सा०का०नि० 60/संवि०/अनु० 309/2022.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा अर्थ तथा सांख्यिकीय संगठन (ग्रुप-घ) सेवा नियम, 1996, को आगे संशोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-

1. ये नियम हरियाणा अर्थ तथा सांख्यिकीय संगठन (ग्रुप-घ) सेवा (संशोधन) नियम, 2022, कहे जा सकते हैं ।2. हरियाणा अर्थ तथा सांख्यिकीय संगठन (ग्रुप-घ) सेवा नियम, 1996 में, नियम 5 के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित नियम प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्‌ः- ''5. आयु.-सेवा में सीधी भर्ती के लिए आयु ऐसी होगी, जो हरियाणा ग्रुप घ कर्मचारी (भर्ती तथा सेवा की शर्तें) अधिनियम, 2018 (2018 का 5) की धारा 6 में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट है।''। योजना विभाग । 224 HARYANA GOVT. No. G.S.R. 60/Const./Art. 309/2022.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Economic and Statistical Organisation (Group-D) Service Rules, 1996, namely:-

1. These rules may be called the Haryana Economic and Statistical Organisation (Group-D) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2022.

2. In the Haryana Economic and Statistical Organisation (Group-D) Service Rules, 1996, for rule 5, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-

"5. Age.- The age for direct recruitment to the Service shall be such, as specified in section 6 of the Haryana Group D Employees (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2018 (5 of 2018).". T.
