संख्या एच०आर०बी०-जी०ए०-1(12)-2006/3725.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा राज भवन गृह-स्थापना (ग्रुप ग) सेवा नियम, 1992, को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते है, अर्थात्‌ः- 1. ये नियम, हरियाणा राज भवन ग्रह स्थापना (ग्रुप ग) सेवा नियम, 1992, संषोधन नियम, 2022 कहे जा सकते हैं। 2. हरियाणा राज भवन ग्रह स्थापना (ग्रुप ग) सेवा नियम, 1992, में नियम-5 में "सत्रह" शब्द/अंक के स्थान पर "अठारह" शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएंगा।

Notification

The 6th May, 2022

No. HRB-GA-1(12)-2006/3725.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to the amend the Haryana Raj Bhavan Household Establishment (Group-C) Service Rules, 1992 namely:-

1. These rules may be called the Haryana Raj Bhavan Household Establishment (Group-C) Service Rules 1992 Amendment Rules, 2022.

2. In the Haryana Raj Bhavan Household Establishment (Group-C) Service Rules 1992, in rule 5 for the word/figure "seventeen", the word "eighteen" shall be substituted.
