संख्या 15703.- हरियाणा नगरीय क्षेत्र विकास तथा विनियमन नियम, 1976 को आगे संशोधित करने के लिए नियमों का निम्नलिखित प्रारूप, जिसे हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा नगरीय क्षेत्र विकास तथा विनियमन अधिनियम, 1975 (1975 का 8) की धारा 24 की उपधारा (2) के साथ पठित उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बनाने का प्रस्ताव करते हैं तथा उक्तधारा की उपधारा (1) के अधीन यथाअपेक्षित ऐसे व्यक्तियों की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाशित करते हैं, जिनके इस से प्रभावित होने की सम्भावना है।
इसके द्वारा नोटिस दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से तीस दिन की अवधि की समाप्ति पर अथवा इसके पश्चात् सरकार, नियमों के निम्नलिखित प्रारूप पर, ऐसे आक्षेपों या सुझावों सहित यदि कोई हों, जो अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, नगर तथा ग्राम आयोजना विभाग, चण्डीगढ़ द्वारा लिखित रूप में नियमों के प्रारूप के संबंधमें किसी व्यक्ति से इस प्रकार विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि की समाप्ति से पूर्व प्राप्त किए जाएं, विचार करेगी।
प्रारूप नियम
1. (1) ये नियम हरियाणा नगरीय क्षेत्र विकास तथा विनियमन (संशोधन) नियम, 2022, कहे जा सकते हैं। (2) ये नियम 05 अप्रैल, 2021 से लागू हुए समझे जाएंगे।
2. हरियाणा नगरीय क्षेत्र विकास तथा विनियमन नियम, 1976 (जिन्हें, इसमें, इसके बाद, उक्त नियम कहा गया है) में, अनुसूची में, टिप्पण (1) में, "31 मार्च, 2022 तक" अंकाें, शब्दाें तथा चिन्ह् का लोप किया जाएगा।
3. उक्त नियमों में, अनुसूची-क में, टिप्पण (vi) में,"31 मार्च, 2022 तक" अंका,ें शब्दाें तथा चिन्ह् का लोप किया जाएगा।

No. 15703.— The following draft of rules further to amend the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Rules, 1976, which the Governor of Haryana proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) read with sub-section (2) of section 24 of the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Act, 1975 (8 of 1975), is hereby published as required under sub-section (1) of the said section, for the information of persons likely to be affected thereby.
Notice is hereby given that the following draft of rules shall be taken into consideration by the Government on or after the expiry of a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, together with objections or suggestions, if any, which may be received in writing by the Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Haryana, Town and Country Planning Department, Chandigarh from any person in respect to the draft of the rules before the expiry of the period so specified,
Draft Rules
1. (1) These rules may be called the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas (Amendment) Rules, 2022.
(2) These rules shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 05th April, 2021.
2. In the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Rules, 1976 (hereinafter called the said rules), in the Schedule, in Note (1), the words, figures and sign "till the 31st March, 2022" shall be omitted.
3. In the said rules, in Schedule-A, in Note (vi), the words, figures and sign "till the 31st March, 2022" shall be omitted.
