No. 116.— In exercise of the powers vested in first proviso to Sub- Rule (iv) of Rules 5, Chapter 12-B of High Court Rules & Orders, Volume-IV, Hon'ble the Chief Justice and Hon'ble Judges of this Court have been pleased to curtail the remaining term of Oath Commissioner, of Advocate Sh. Rai Singh, District Courts, Yamuna Nagar, at Jagadhari with immediate effect, at his own request.
