संख्या सा०का०नि० 80/संवि०/अनु० 309/2022.— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा पषु चिकित्सा मुख्यालय और क्षेत्रीय (ग्रुप-घ) सेवा नियम, 1999, को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-

1. ये नियम हरियाणा पषु चिकित्सा मुख्यालय और क्षेत्रीय (ग्रुप-घ) सेवा (संषोधन) नियम, 2022, कहे जा सकते हैं।2. हरियाणा पषु चिकित्सा मुख्यालय और क्षेत्रीय (ग्रुप-घ) सेवा नियम, 1999 में, नियम 5 के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित नियम प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्‌ः- ''5 आयु .- सेवा में सीधी भर्ती के लिए आयु ऐसी होगी, जो हरियाणा ग्रुप घ कर्मचारी (भर्ती तथा सेवा की शर्ते) अधिनियम, 2018 (2018 का 5) की धारा 6 में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट है।''। पंकज अग्रवाल, आयुक्त एवं सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, पषुपालन तथा डेयरिंग विभाग। 342 HARYANA GOVT. No. G.S.R. 80/Const./Art.309/2022.— In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Government of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Veterinary Headquarter and Field (Group D) Service Rules, 1999, namely:-

1. These rules may be called the Haryana Veterinary Headquarter and Field (Group D) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2022.

2. In the Haryana Veterinary Headquarter and Field (Group D) Service Rules, 1999, for rule 5, the following rule shall be substituted, namely: -"5. Age. – The age for direct recruitment to the Service shall be such as specified in section 6 of the Haryana Group D Employees (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2018 (5 of 2018).".
