संख्या 6/101/2017-1श्रम.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा श्रम विभाग (ग्रुप-ग) सेवा नियम, 1982 को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः- 1. ये नियम हरियाणा श्रम विभाग (गु्रप-ग) सेवा (संषोधन) नियम, 2022 कहे जा सकते हैं। 2. हरियाणा श्रम विभाग (ग्रुप-ग) सेवा नियम, 1982 में, नियम 5 में "सत्तरह" शब्द/अंक के स्थान पर, "अठारह" शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा।

No. 6/101/2017-1Lab.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Labour Department (Group-C) Service Rules, 1982, namely:-

1. These rules may be called the Haryana Labour Department (Group-C) Services (Amendment) Rules, 2022.

2. In the Haryana Labour Department (Group-C) Services Rules, 1982 in rule 5, for the word "Seventeen", the word "Eighteen" shall be substituted.
