संख्या सा०का०नि० 88/संवि०/अनु० 309/2022.— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा विकास तथा पंचायत विभाग (ग्रुप ख) सेवा नियम, 2016, को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-

1. ये नियम हरियाणा विकास तथा पंचायत विभाग (ग्रुप ख) सेवा (संषोधन) नियम, 2022, कहे जा सकते हैंं।2. हरियाणा विकास तथा पंचायत विभाग (ग्रुप ख) सेवा नियम, 2016 में, नियम 5 में, ''इक्कीस'' शब्द के स्थान पर, ''अठारह'' शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा। अमित झा, अपर मुख्य सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, विकास तथा पंचायत विभाग। 358 HARYANA GOVT. No. G.S.R. 88/Const./Art. 309/2022.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby make the following rules further to amend the Haryana Development and Panchayats Department (Group B) Service Rules, 2016, namely:-

1. These rules may be called the Haryana Development and Panchayats Department (Group B) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2022.

2. In the Haryana Development and Panchayats Department (Group B) Service Rules, 2016, in rule 5, for the word and sign "twenty-one", the word "eighteen" shall be substituted.
