संख्या सा०का०नि० 89/संवि०/अनु० 309/2022.— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा विकास तथा पंचायत विभाग (ग्रुप ग) मुख्यालय सेवा नियम, 2012, को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-

1. ये नियम हरियाणा विकास तथा पंचायत विभाग (ग्रुप ग) मुख्यालय सेवा (संषोधन) नियम, 2022, कहे जा सकते हैंं।2. हरियाणा विकास तथा पंचायत विभाग (ग्रुप ग) मुख्यालय सेवा नियम, 2012 में, नियम 5 में ''सत्रह'' तथा ''चालीस'' शब्दों के स्थान पर, क्रमषः ''अठारह'' और ''बयालीस'' शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे। अमित झा, अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, विकास तथा पंचायत विभाग। 360 HARYANA GOVT. No. G.S.R. 89/Const./Art. 309/2022.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby make the following rules further to amend the Haryana Development and Panchayats Department (Group C) Head Office Service Rules, 2012, namely:-

1. These rules may be called the Haryana Development and Panchayats Department (Group C) Head Office Service (Amendment) Rules, 2022.

2. In the Haryana Development and Panchayats Department (Group C) Head Office Service Rules, 2012, in rule 5, for the word "seventeen" and "forty", the words and sign "eighteen" and "forty two" shall respectively be substituted.
