संख्या 6/1/2022-1मंत्रिमंडल.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 166 के खण्ड (2) तथा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, मैं, बंडारू दत्तात्रेय, राज्यपाल, हरियाणा, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सरकार कार्य (आबंटन) नियम, 1974, को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाता हूँ, अर्थात्ः-
1. ये नियम हरियाणा सरकार कार्य (आंबटन) संषोधन नियम, 2022, कहे जा सकते हैं।
2. हरियाणा सरकार कार्य (आबंटन) नियम, 1974 में, अनुसूची में,-
(i) ''गृह (सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, गृह विभाग के माध्यम से)'' शीर्ष के नीचे, क्रम संख्या 17 में, खण्ड (ग) तथा उसके सामने प्रविष्टियों का लोप कर दिया जाएगा; तथा
(ii) "विकास तथा पंचायत विभाग (सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, विकास तथा पंचायत विभाग के माध्यम से)" शीर्ष के नीचे, क्रम संख्या 37 तथा उसके सामने प्रविष्टियों के बाद, अन्त में, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या तथा उसके सामने प्रविष्टियां जोडी जाएंगी, अर्थात्ः-
"38. हरियाणा चौकीदार नियम, 2013 का प्रषासन ।"।

Notification
The 13th May, 2022
No. 6/1/2022-1Cabinet.— In exercise of the powers conferred under clauses (2) and (3) of article 166 of the Constitution of India, I, Bandaru Dattatraya, Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Business of the Haryana Government (Allocation) Rules, 1974, namely:-
1. These rules may be called the Business of the Haryana Government (Allocation) Amendment Rules, 2022.
2. In the Business of the Haryana Government (Allocation) Rules, 1974, in the Schedule,-
(i) under heading "HOME (Through the Secretary to Government, Haryana, Home Department)" in serial number 17, clause (c) and entries thereagainst shall be omitted;
(ii) under heading "DEVELOPMENT AND PANCHAYATS DEPARTMENT (Through the Secretary to Government, Haryana, Development and Panchayats Department)")", after serial number 37 and entries thereagainst, the following serial number and entries thereagainst shall be added at the end, namely:-
"38 Administration of Haryana Chowkidara (Watchman) Rules, 2013"
