Corrigendum

No. DMG/HY/Auction/Karnal/2022/3169.— It is hereby notified that as per Auction Notice bearing No. DMG/HY/e-Auction/Karnal/2022/2218 dated 30.03.2022 published in Haryana Government Gazette (Extra Ordinary) dated 30.03.2022 and Corrigendum bearing No. DMG/HY/Auction/Karnal/2022/2436 dated 07.04.2022 published in Haryana Government Gazette (Extra Ordinary) dated 07.04.2022, and corrigendum bearing no. DMG/HY/Auction/Karnal/2022/2957 dated 28.04.2022, the e-Auction for grant of mining contracts for extraction of "Sand" from the minor mineral mines of district Karnal as detail given under said notices is to be held on 18.05.2022 as per schedule for e-Auction process.
2. The said e-Auction of Karnal sand mines has been postponed to 24.05.2022. The revised Schedule for e-Auction process (registration/user id, deposition of EMD/ E-service fee and bidding) shall be as under:-

| Note: The Online Training Videos for prospective bidders shall be available on e-Auction portal. |
3. Further, the prospective bidders may also note that on successful transfer of lumpsum amount as EMD and other amount/s towards bid security etc. in the above said Escrow Account of the Department up to 20.05.2022 till 05:00 PM and successfully verification (UTR Verification on the e-Auction portal, as a part of e-Auction process) of the EMD deposit.
4. The general public and all concerned are hereby informed that all the other terms and conditions of the e-Auction notice dated 30.03.2022 and Corrigendum dated 07.04.2022 and 28.04.2022 shall remain same.
