संख्या सा०का०नि० 95/संवि०/अनु० 309/2022.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक के अधीन प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा वित्तायुक्त कार्यालय (ग्रुप ख) सेवा नियम, 1986 को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्‌ :-

1. ये नियम हरियाणा वित्तायुक्त कार्यालय (ग्रुप ख) सेवा (संषोधन) नियम, 2022, कहे जा सकते हैं ।2. हरियाणा वित्तायुक्त कार्यालय (ग्रुप ख) सेवा नियम, 1986 में, नियम 5 में, ''सत्रह'' षब्द के स्थान पर, ''अठारह'' षब्द प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा । पी० के० दास, वित्तायुक्त राजस्व तथा अपर मुख्य सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, राजस्व तथा आपदा प्रबन्धन विभाग । 372 HARYANA GOVT. No. G.S.R. 95/Const./Art. 309/2022.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Financial Commissioner's Office (Group B) Service Rules, 1986, namely :-

1. These rules may be called the Haryana Financial Commissioner's Office (Group B) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2022.

2. In the Haryana Financial Commissioner's Office (Group B) Service Rules, 1986, in rule 5, for the word "seventeen" the word "eighteen" shall be substituted.
