संख्या सा०का०नि० 97/संवि०/अनु० 309/2022.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा राज्य षिक्षा विद्यालय संवर्ग (ग्रुप ख) सेवा नियम, 2012, को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते है, अर्थात्‌ः-

1. ये नियम हरियाणा राज्य षिक्षा विद्यालय संवर्ग (ग्रुप ख) सेवा (द्वितीय संषोधन) नियम, 2022, कहे जा सकते हैं।2. हरियाणा राज्य षिक्षा विद्यालय संवर्ग (ग्रुप ख) सेवा नियम, 2012 में, नियम 5 में, ''चालीस'' षब्द के स्थान, ''बयालीस'' षब्द प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा। डॉ० महावीर सिंह, अपर मुख्य सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, विद्यालय षिक्षा विभाग। 376 HARYANA GOVT. No. G.S.R. 97/Const./Art. 309/2022.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana State Education School Cadre (Group B) Service Rules, 2012, namely:-

1. These rules may be called the Haryana State Education School Cadre (Group-B) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2022.

2. In the Haryana State Education School Cadre (Group-B) Service Rules, 2012, in rule 5, for the word "forty", the words and sign "forty-two" shall be substituted.
