आबकारी एवं कराधान विभाग, हरियाणा की वर्ष 2016-17 की वार्षिक प्रशासनिक रिपोर्ट का पुनर्निरीक्षण।
दिनांक 16 मई, 2022
क्रमांक 407/एस०टी० 3.— 1 अप्रैल, 2016 से 31 मार्च, 2017 तक की अवधि के दौरान आबकारी तथा अन्य कराधान अधिनियमों के अधीन 29528.75 करोड़ रुपए की राशि एकत्रिात हुई, जबकि पूर्ववर्ती वर्ष की इसी अवधि में 26631.08 करोड़ रुपयें की राशि एकत्रिात हुई थी। इस प्रकार चालू वर्ष में पिछले वर्ष के मुकाबले वसूल की गई राशि में 2897.67 करोड़ रुपऐ अर्थात् 10.88 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि हुई। चालू वर्ष के दौरान विभिन्न अधिनियमों के अधीन प्राप्त हुई राशि के आंकड़े नीचे दी गई विवरणी में दिखाए गये हैः-

नोटः हरियाणा सुख-साधन कर अधिनियम, 2007 में कोई भी बकाया राशि नहीं है।
3. 1.4.2016 को 2034 अपीलें लम्बित पड़ी थी तथा चालू वर्ष के दौरान 1558 अपीलें दायर की गई। इस प्रकार कुल अपीलों केी संख्या 3592 हो गई। इसमे से वर्ष के दौरान 1297 अपीलों का निपटान किया गया। परिणामतः वर्ष के अन्त में राज्य मे 2295 अपीले अनिर्णित रह गई।
चालू वर्ष में निपटाई गई अपीलों का विवरण इस प्रकार हैः-

4. चालू वर्ष में श्री श्यामल मिश्रा, आई.ए.एस. दिनांक 23.02.2015 से 28.07.2017 आबकारी एवं कराधान आयुक्त के पद पर पदस्थ रहें।
5. श्री रोशन लाल, आई.ए.एस. दिनांक 13.11.2014 से 31.05.2016, अपर मुख्य सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, श्री अनुराग रस्तोगी, आई.ए.एस. दिनांक 31.05.2016 से 19.09.2016, प्रधान सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार तथा श्री संजीव कौशल आई.ए.एस. दिनांक 20.09.2016 से 31.03.2017 की अवधि के दौरान अपर मुख्य सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार के पद पर पदस्थ रहे।

REVIEW OF THE ANNUAL ADMINISTRATIVE REPORT OF THE EXCISE AND TAXATION
DEPARTMENT, HARYANA FOR THE YEAR 2016-17.
The 16th May, 2022
No. 407/S.T. 3.— During the period from 1st April, 2016 to 31st March, 2017, the Department collected a sum of Rs. 29528.75 crore in taxes as compared to Rs. 26631.08 crore collected during the preceding year, posting an increase of Rs.2897.67 crore or 10.88 %. The details of aggregate collection made under various Acts during the year under report vis-à-vis the collection made in the preceding year are given in the statement below:-

Recovery of outstanding arrears of previous year was also accorded high priority.

Note: There were no arrears under the Haryana Tax on Luxuries Act, 2007.
SUPPLT. TO HARYANA GOVT. GAZ., MAY 24, 2022 (JYST. 3, 1944 SAKA) 383. As on 01.04.2016, 2034 appeals were pending and 1558 appeals were received during the year. The total number of appeals were 3592. Out of which, 1297 appeals were decided during the year disposed of . Resultantly, 2295 appeals were pending at the end of year in the State. Detail of appeals decided during the year are as under:-

4. The post of Excise and Taxation Commissioner was held by Sh. Shyamal Misra, IAS for the period from 23.02.2015 to31.03.2017.
5. During the period from 13.11.2014 to 31.05.2016 Sh Roshan Lal IAS, held the post of Additional Chief Secretary to Government Haryana, from the period 31.05.2016 to 19.09.2016 Sh. Anurag Rastogi held the post of Principal Secretary to Government Haryana and from 20.09.2016 to 31.03.2017 Sh. Sanjeev Kaushal, IAS held the post of Additional Chief Secretary to Government Haryana.
