संख्या-115/सी.ए.टी.ए./2000-2022/ 10338.- हरियाणा विधान सभा (सदस्य वेतन, भत्ता तथा पेंषन) अधिनियम, 1975 (1975 का 2) की धारा 9 की उप-धारा (2) के साथ पठित उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, अध्यक्ष, हरियाणा विधान सभा, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा विधान सभा (सदस्य भत्ता) नियम, 1976, को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्‌ :-

1. (1) ये नियम हरियाणा विधान सभा (सदस्य भत्ता) संषोधन नियम, 2022, कहे जा सकते हैं।

(2) ये प्रथम अपै्रल, 2022 से लागू हुए समझे जाएंगे।

2. हरियाणा विधान सभा (सदस्य भत्ता) नियम, 1976 में, नियम 9 में, उप-नियम (1) मेें खंड (क) में, ''कार्यकारी श्रेणी'' शब्दों के स्थान पर, जहां कहीं भी आते हैं, ''वाणिज्य श्रेणी'' शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे।

3. उक्त नियमों में, नियम 9 में, उप-नियम (1) में खण्ड (ख) में, ''रेल द्वारा न जुड़ने वाले स्थानों के बीच'' शब्दों का लोप किया जाएगा ।

No.115/CATA/2000-2022/10338– In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub- section (2) of Section 9 of the Haryana Legislative Assembly (Salary, Allowances and Pension of Members) Act, 1975 (2 of 1975), the Speaker, Haryana Legislative Assembly hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Legislative Assembly (Allowances of Members) Rules, 1976, namely:-

1. (1) These Rules may be called the Haryana Legislative Assembly (Allowances of Members) Amendment Rules, 2022.

(2) They shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 1st April, 2022.

2. In the Haryana Legislative Assembly (Allowances of Members) Rules, 1976, in Rule 9, in sub-rule (1) in clause (a), for the words "executive class" wherever occurring, the words "business class" shall be substituted.

3. In the said Rules, in Rule 9, in sub-rule (1) in clause (b), the words "between places not connected by rail" shall be omitted.
