संख्या सा०का०नि० 116/संवि०/अनु० 309/2022.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा राजस्व पटवारी (ग्रुप ग) सेवा नियम, 2011, को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-

1. ये नियम हरियाणा राजस्व पटवारी (ग्रुप ग) सेवा (संषोधन) नियम, 2022, कहे जा सकते हैं।2. हरियाणा राजस्व पटवारी (ग्रुप ग) सेवा नियम, 2011 में, नियम 5 में, "सत्रह" और "चालीस" षब्दों के स्थान पर, क्रमषः "अठारह" तथा "बयालीस" षब्द प्रतिस्थापित किये जाएंगे। पी० के० दास, वित्तायुक्त राजस्व तथा अपर मुख्य सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, राजस्व तथा आपदा प्रबन्धन विभाग। 510 HARYANA GOVT. No. G.S.R. 116/Const./Art. 309/2022.— In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Revenue Patwaris (Group C) Service Rules, 2011, namely :-

1. These rules may be called the Haryana Revenue Patwaris (Group C) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2022.

2. In the Haryana Revenue Patwaris (Group C) Service Rules, 2011, in rule 5, for the words, "seventeen" and "forty", the words and sign "eighteen" and "forty-two" shall respectively be substituted.
