अधिसूचना
सं. 434/भा0नि0आ0/उ0अनु0-II/हरि0-वि0-स0/2022.- लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा 21 के उपबंधो के अनुसरण में तथा अपनी दिनांक 28.08.2019 की अधिसूचना 434/भा0नि0आ0/उ0अनु0-।।/ हरि0-वि0/स0/2019 और दिनांक 21.09.2019 की अधिसूचना 434/भा0नि0आ0/ उ0अनु0-।।/हरि0-वि0-स0/2019 में आंषिक संषोधन करते हुए, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग हरियाणा राज्य में विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर की नियुक्ति से संबंधित उक्त अधिसूचना में एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित संषोधन करता है, अर्थात् :-
(ग) स्तंभ 2 में 76-बादषाहपुर विधानसभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र में सामने, विद्यमान प्रविष्टि अर्थात ''अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त, गुरूग्राम'' के स्थान पर ''उप मण्डल अधिकारी (ना), बादषाहपुर'' प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी। (घ) स्तंभ 2 में 80-फिरोजपुर झिरका विधानसभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के सामने, विद्यमान प्रविष्टि अर्थात ''अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त, नुह'' के स्थान पर ''उप मण्डल अधिकारी (ना.), फिरोजपुर झिरका'' प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी।

Notification
No. 434/ECI/NOR-II/HAR-LA/2022.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 21 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), and in partial modification of its notification no. 434/ECI/ NOR-II/HAR-LA/2019, dated 28.08.2019, and Notification No. 434/ECI/NOR-II/HAR-LA/2019, dated 21.09.2019, the Election Commission of India hereby makes the following amendment in the table, relating to the appointment of the Returning Officers for the Assembly Constituency in the State of Haryana namely:–
(a) The exiting entries, in column (2) against 76-Badshahpur Assembly Constituency, i.e. ―Addl. Deputy Commissioner-Gurgaon‖ shall be substituted by ― Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil), Badshahpur‖.
(b) The exiting entries, in column (2) against 80-Ferozepur Jhirka Assembly Constituency, i.e. ―Addl. Deputy Commissioner-Nuh‖ shall be substituted by ―Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil), Ferozepur Jhirka‖.
