Notification
The 27th May, 2022
No. PF-16(B)/2022/14527.— The following rules further to amend the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Rules, 1976, which the Governor of Haryana proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (2) of section 24 of the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Act, 1975 (8 of 1975) is hereby published as required under sub-section (1) of the said section, for the information of persons likely to be affected thereby.
Rules
1. These rules may be called the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas (Third Amendment) Rules, 2022.
2. In the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Rules, 1976, in rule 30, for sub-rule (2), the following sub-rule shall be substituted, namely:-
"(2) The memorandum of appeal shall bear a court fee stamp of two thousand rupees."
