No. 2/30/2012-1Env.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section 2 of Section 29 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 (Central Act No. 14 of 1981), the Haryana State Pollution Control Board after obtaining the approval of the State Government, hereby appoint Sh. Narender Hooda, Scientist 'B' as Board Analyst for the purpose of analysis of samples of Air Pollution/Emission to any laboratory established or recognized under section 17(2) of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
He will not be entitled to any seniority or monetary benefit on account of his appointment as Board Analyst.
