संख्या 8/28/2022-4क/II.— हरियाणा नगरपलिका अधिनियम, 1973 (1973 का 24) की धारा 3के साथ पठित धारा 2क की उप-धारा (1) के खण्ड(II) तथा उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट सीमाआें के अनुसार नगर पालिका, पटौदी, नगर पालिका, हेली मण्डी तथा साथ लगते 10 गावों नामतः नरहेड़ा, जनौला, रामपुरा, छावन, मिल्कपुर, मिर्जापुर, मुबारकपुर, देवलावास, हेड़ाहेडी तथा खानपुर के क्षेत्रों को मिलाकर नगरपरिषद, पटौदी-मण्डी के रुप में बनाने के आषय की घोषणा करते हैं।
इसके द्वारा नोटिस दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तिथि से छह सप्ताह की अवधि की समाप्ति पर या इसके पश्चात्, सरकार ऐसे आक्षेपों या सुझावों, यदि कोई हाें, सहित, जो प्रधान सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग, चण्डीगढ़ द्वारा उपायुक्त, गुरूग्राम के माध्यम से प्रारूप अधिसूचना के सम्बन्ध में किसी व्यक्ति से इस प्रकार विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि की समाप्ति से पूर्व लिखित में प्राप्त किये जायें, पर विचार करेगी।
सीमाओं की अनुसूची
उत्तरः- बिन्दु 'ए' जो कि नगरपालिका, हेलीमण्डी, ग्राम लुहारी तथा फरीदपुर का त्रि-मिलन है, से आरम्भ करके पूर्व की तरफ नगरपालिका, हेलीमण्डी की उतरी सीमा के साथ तथा ग्राम फरीदपुर, महचाना तथा खण्डेवला की संयुक्त राजस्व सीमाओं के साथ-साथ बिन्दू 'बी' तक जो कि नगरपालिका, हेलीमण्डी, ग्राम खण्डेवला तथा रामपुर की राजस्व सीमाओं का त्रि-मिलन है। इसके उपरान्त बिन्दू 'बी' से पूर्व दक्षिण की तरफ ग्राम रामपुर की उतरी सीमा के साथ तथा ग्राम खण्डेवला, जाटौला तथा जोडी की संयुक्त राजस्व सीमाओं के साथ-साथ बिन्दू 'सी' तक जो कि ग्राम रामपुर, जोडी तथा जनौला की राजस्व सीमाओं का त्रि-मिलन है। इसके उपरान्त बिन्दू'सी' से पूर्व की तरफ ग्राम जनौला की उतरी सीमा के साथ तथा ग्राम जोड़ी तथा घोषगढ़ की संयुक्त राजस्व सीमाओं के साथ-साथ बिन्दू 'डी' तक जो कि ग्राम जनौला, घोषगढ़ तथा व नरहेडा की राजस्व सीमाओं का त्रि-मिलन है। इसके उपरान्त बिन्दू'डी' से पूर्व की तरफ ग्राम नरहेडा की उतरी सीमा के साथ तथा ग्राम घोषगढ़ तथा नरहेडा की संयुक्त राजस्व सीमाओं के साथ-साथ बिन्दू 'ई' तक जो कि ग्राम नरहेडा, घोषगढ़ व भौड़ा कलां की राजस्व सीमाओं का त्रि-मिलन है।

(EXTRA.), JUNE 23, 2022 (ASAR. 2, 1944 SAKA) पूर्वः- बिन्दू 'ई' से दक्षिण की तरफ ग्राम नरहेडा की पूर्व सीमा के साथ तथा ग्राम भौडाकला तथा ऊँचा माजरा की संयुक्त राजस्व सीमाओं के साथ-साथ बिन्दू 'एफ' तक जो कि ग्राम नरहेडा, ऊँचा माजरा तथा बांस पदम्का की राजस्व सीमाओं का त्रि-मिलन है। इसके उपरान्त बिन्दू 'एफ' से पष्चिम की तरफ ग्राम नरहेडा की दक्षिण सीमा के साथ तथा ग्राम बांस पदम्का, बिड खुर्द की संयुक्त राजस्व सीमाओं के साथ-साथ बिन्दू 'जी' तक जो कि ग्राम नरहेडा, बिड खुर्द तथा नगरपालिका, पटौदी की राजस्व सीमाओं का त्रि-मिलन है। इसके उपरान्त बिन्दू 'जी' से दक्षिण की तरफ नगरपालिका, पटौदी की पूर्व सीमा के साथ तथा ग्राम बिड खुर्द तथा बास पदम्का की संयुक्त राजस्व सीमाओं के साथ-साथ बिन्दू 'एच' तक जो कि नगरपालिका, पटौदी, ग्राम बासं पदम्का तथा मुमताजपुर की राजस्व सीमाओं का त्रि-मिलन है।
दक्षिणः- बिन्दू 'एच' से पष्चिम-उतर की तरफ नगरपालिका, पटौदी की दक्षिण सीमा के साथ तथा ग्राम मुमताजपुर तथा लोहाका की संयुक्त राजस्व सीमाओं के साथ-साथ बिन्दू 'आई' तक जो कि नगरपालिका, पटौदी, ग्राम लोहाका तथा हेडाहेडी की राजस्व सीमाओं का त्रि-मिलन है। इसके उपरान्त बिन्दू 'आई' से दक्षिण की तरफ ग्राम हेडाहेडी के पूर्व-दक्षिण सीमा के साथ तथा ग्राम लोहाका, मुमताजपुर तथा हांसाका की संयुक्त राजस्व सीमाओं के साथ-साथ बिन्दू 'जे' तक जो कि ग्राम हेडाहेडी, खानपुर तथा हासांका की राजस्व सीमाओं का त्रि-मिलन है। इसके उपरान्त बिन्दू 'जे' से दक्षिण-पष्चिम की तरफ ग्राम खानपुर की पूर्व-पष्चिम सीमाओं के साथ तथा ग्राम हांसाका, नानूकला, गोरियावास तथा खोड़ की संयुक्त राजस्व सीमाओं के साथ-साथ बिन्दू 'के' तक जो कि ग्राम हेड़ाहेडी, खानपुर तथा खोड़की राजस्व सीमाओं का त्रि-मिलन है। पष्चिमः- बिन्दू 'के' से पष्चिम की ओर ग्राम हेडाहेड़ी तथा नगरपालिका, पटौदी की दक्षिण सीमाओं के साथ ग्राम खोड की राजस्व सीमा के साथ-साथ बिन्दू 'एल' तक जोकि नगरपालिका, पटौदी, ग्राम छावन तथा खोड की राजस्व सीमाओं का त्रि-मिलन है। इसके उपरान्त बिन्दू 'एल' से पष्चिम की तरफ ग्राम छावन के दक्षिण सीमा के साथ तथा ग्राम खोड़ तथा रणसिका की संयुक्त राजस्व सीमाओं के साथ-साथ बिन्दू 'एम' तक जो कि ग्राम छावन, रणसिका तथा मिलकपुर की राजस्व सीमाओं का त्रि-मिलन है। इसके उपरान्त बिन्दू'एम' से उतर की तरफ ग्राम मिलकपुर की पष्चिम सीमा के साथ तथा ग्राम रणसिका, इन्छापुरी तथा षाहपुरजाट की संयुक्त राजस्व सीमाओं के साथ-साथ बिन्दू 'एन' तक जो कि ग्राम मिलकपुर, शाहपुरजाट तथा नगरपालिका, हेलीमण्डी की राजस्व सीमाओं का त्रि-मिलन है। इसके उपरान्त बिन्दू 'एन' से उतर की तरफ नगरपालिका, हेलीमण्डी की पष्चिम सीमा के साथ तथा ग्राम षाहपुरजाट, मुजफरा, राजपुरा, लुहारी की संयुक्त राजस्व सीमाओं के साथ-साथ बिन्दू'ए' तक जो कि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू है।

Notification
The 23rd June, 2022
No. 8/28/2022-4CII.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (ii) of sub-section (1) and sub section (2) of section 2A read with section 3 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (24 of 1973), the Governor of Haryana hereby proposes to declare the area by merging Municipal Committee, Pataudi, Municipal Committee, Hailymandi and 10 villages namely Nerhera, Janola, Rampur, Chhawan, Milakpur, Mirzapur, Mubarkpur, Devlawas, Heraheri and Khanpur with the boundaries as specified in the Schedule given below as Municipal Council, Pataudi-Mandi.
Notice is hereby given that draft of notification shall be taken into consideration by the State Government on or after the expiry of a period of six weeks from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, together with objections or suggestions, if any, in writing, which may be received by the Principal Secretary to Government Haryana, Urban Local Bodies Department through the Deputy Commissioner, Gurugram, with respect to the draft notification before the expiry of the period so specified.
SCHEDULE OF BOUNDARIES
North:- Starting from point 'A' which is the tri-junction of the revenue boundaries of Municipal Committee Hailymandi, village Luhari and Faridpur and moving towards East along the northern boundary of the Municipal Committee Hailymandi and the common revenue boundaries of village Faridpur, Mehchana and Khandewala upto point 'B' which is the tri-junction of the revenue boundaries of the Municipal Committee Hailymandi, village Khandewala and Rampur. Thence from point 'B' towards east-south, along the northern boundary of village Rampur and the common revenue boundaries of village Khandewala, Jataula and Jori upto point 'C' which is the tri-junction of revenue boundaries of village Rampur, Jori and Janaula. Thence from point 'C' towards the east, along the northernHARYANA GOVT. GAZ. (EXTRA.), JUNE 23, 2022 (ASAR. 2, 1944 SAKA) 2089 boundary of village Janaula, and the common revenue boundaries of village Jori and Ghoshgarh, upto point 'D' which is the tri-junction of revenue boundaries of village Janaula, Ghoshgarh and Narhera. Thence from point 'D' towards the east, along with the northern boundary of village Narhera, and the common revenue boundaries of village Ghoshgarh and Narhera, upto point 'E', which is the tri-junction of the revenue boundaries of villages Narhera, Ghoshgarh and Bhora Kalan.
East:- Starting From point 'E'and moving towards the south, along the eastern boundary of village Narhera and the common revenue limits of village Bhora Kalan and Uncha Majra up to point 'F' which is the tri-junction of revenue boundaries of village Narhera, Uncha-Majra and Bas padmaka. Thence from point 'F' towards the west along the southern boundary of village Narhera and the common revenue boundaries of village Bas Padmaka and Bid Khurd upto point 'G' which is the tri-junction of revenue boundaries of village Narhera, Bid Khurd and Municipal Committee, Pataudi. Thence from point 'G' towards the south, along with the eastern boundary of the Municipal Committee, Pataudi and the common revenue boundaries of village Bid Khurd and Bas padamka, upto point 'H' which is the tri-junction of the revenue boundaries of the Municipal Committee, Pataudi, village Bas padamka and Mumtazpur.
South:- Starting From point 'H' and moving towards West-North along with the southern boundary of the Municipal Committee, Pataudi and the common revenue boundaries of village Mumtazpur and Lohaka, upto point 'I, which is the tri-junction of the revenue boundaries of the Municipal Committee, Pataudi, village Lohaka and Heraheri. Thence from point 'I' towards the south, along the east-south boundary of village Heraheri and the common revenue boundaries of village Lohaka, Mumtazpur and Hasankaup to point 'J' which is the tri-junction of revenue boundaries of village Heraheri, Khanpur and Hasanka. Thence from the point 'J' towards the south-west along the east-west boundaries of village Khanpur and the common revenue boundaries of village Hasanka, Nanukalan, Goriyawas and Khor upto point 'K' which is the tri-junction of revenue boundaries of village Heraheri, Khanpur and Khor.
West:- Starting From point 'K' towards the west along the south boundaries of village Heraheri and Municipal Committee, Pataudi and the revenue limit of village Khor up to Point 'L' which is the tri-junction of revenue boundaries of Municipal Committee, Pataudi, village Chawan and Khor. Thence from point 'L' towards the west along the southern boundary of village Chawan and the common revenue boundaries of village Khor and Ransika upto point 'M' which is the tri-junction of revenue boundaries of village Chawan, Ransika and Milakpur. Thence from point 'M' towards north along the western boundary of village Milakpur and the common revenue boundaries of village Ransika, Inchapuri and Shahpurjat upto point 'N' which is the tri-junction of revenue boundaries of village Milakpur, Shahpurjat and Municipal Committee, Hailymandi. Thence from Point 'N' towards the north, along the western boundaries of the Municipal Committee, Hailymandi and the common revenue boundaries of village Shahpurjat, Muzfra, Rajpura, Luhari upto Point 'A' which is the starting point.
